Escape to our charming 2-bed, 1-bath beach condo in St Pete Beach! Steps away from the sand, enjoy the convenience of ground floor access with front and back entrances. Relax with NECTAR mattresses (2022), high-tech ceiling fans, and remote-controlled mood lighting in the bedrooms. Entertainment options abound with a DVD player, Roku TV, Spectrum TV with Free Netflix, and high-speed internet. Relax in the heated swimming pool or explore the area on our 2 adult bikes (available by request only). For outdoor fun, enjoy shuffleboard, beach volleyball, and access to Paradise Grill. Beach essentials include boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and blow-up flotation devices with an electric air pump. -Check in time is 4:00pm EST, Check out is 10am EST. Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out at $25 per hour.
-For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list and identification verification
-Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
-Current HOA restriction for no pets (but check back soon as we hope to be able to host them soon, its up for board review!)
-Parking Pass provided for 2 registered cars
