Ubicado a la salida 20 de la calle en la península de Newport, esta casa se encuentra en el muelle de Newport y se encuentra a menos de una milla del distrito de negocios de Newport y dos millas de la histórica isla de Balboa. This is a great location. The property manager was very responsive when we got in late and the garage code given didn’t work. The furniture and washer needs some TLC which is why I gave 4 stars. Other than that our stay was great convenient, and peaceful.

Excellent location, right on the beach property

Superb location, absolutely gorgeous front ocean view right at the Newport pier. Excellent cleaning and very good amenities. Parking is difficult for more than 2 cars but that's just a minor inconvenience. Minor recommendation, for the COVID era, add another Wi-Fi repeater somewhere on the upper floors so people working on vacation can use other rooms, the existing router doesn't really reach top floor. Altogether, a great place for a short vacation by the beach. It will be on our short list of places for the next time we want to take a long weekend off. Thanks a lot

Beautiful Property in Best Location

Great location right by the Newport Pier! The house is absolutely beautiful and has very nice kitchen. There is even an extra bar fridge on bottom floor with automatic ice maker. All 4 bedrooms were well appointed and the master on the top floor is the best room in house with great views off the top deck. There is plenty of room for larger families or guests. The owners were extremely nice and they really provide you with everything you will need for a perfect beach vacation, surf boards, bikes, chairs etc.. They really went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. Tons of restaurants are just a short walk away. This was the third beach house we have rented and was by far the best, I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. House has been completely updated and looks brand new inside and out.

Great Location

no glasses to drink out of. No wine glasses. Outside areas could us a bit of work and windows, skylights and screens disgusting. Other than that a perfect location. Great for the kids to go to the ocean and we could see them. Lots to do in the area....Parking a challenge, but we really went anywhere!

Family Holiday Getaway

We rented this home for our pandemic holiday getaway as a place for our family to safely come together, have time and space to lounge, cook and play games, and open space to walk, run, swim, bike, kayak and play tennis. The house was immaculate and just as described on the VRBO website. The bikes, beach toys and other outdoor amenities were in great working order. The kitchen had everything we could ask for and more! We are a family of Chefs, so kudos for anticipating our every need. Bedrooms were clean, pillows were high quality and soft and bathroom amenities plentiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone hoping for a wonderful getaway. We will be back!

Great beachfront house in perfect location!

This home could not have been better. Updated, clean home that is nicely appointed. Three levels with three ocean facing seating areas. Plenty of room for a large group. The garage was stocked with bicycles, boogie boards, paddle and surf boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. The location was perfect. Close to the mix but away from the noise. Great sunset views from upper deck. We will definitely be back next summer!

Exceptional Home

This is an exceptional home in Newport Beach directly in the heart of Newport Pier. You couldn’t ask for anything more. The home spacious, has great amenities, and is perfect for large families. The garage is packed full of all the recreational equipment needed to enjoy a beach front vacation home. The rooftop deck is the highlight!

Fantastic place!

We loved the house, especially for its location. Decor is cute and beds were comfy! The rooftop patio is so fun and the two living rooms is nice for dividing the adults and kids. Couple small complaints, the hot and cold water both came out hot (can be burning), in every faucet, the showers drain slow (filling the tubs while you shower), and the ice maker is on its last leg. Also the down stairs shower head needs to be replaced. The water comes out hard and fast like needles, ouchy on sunburned skin. Overall though we had a fantastic time!

Perfect location, great for families.

Just want to thank the owners and management team, they made this a very easy stay. About the easiest rental I've ever dealt with! The house was perfect, 3 different floors all unique and separate with easy access for all to join together anywhere. Everyone seemed to congregate in the second floor living room. Meals on the roof patio were the best as well as hanging out ,people watching, on the first floor patio while the kids were playing in the sand in front of us. Walking around the corner for any type of restaurant , coffee shop, donut shop or frozen banana was fun too. We will be back :-)

Perfect

Perfect place for our college reunion. Great having all the beach toys and bikes. Really helped us do more in the water and around Newport with little hassle. That is a Great idea for your guests. I will be back.

Great location and fun house

The Owners were very accommodating and the house was fitted out perfectly. The upstairs patio was great along with the front patio. All the toys came in handy and we enjoyed are stay at this location.

Perfect Beach Location!!

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely home right on the sand in Newport Beach!! Plenty of space for 9 of us. Enjoyed the bikes, beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen has all the necessary gadgets. Comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms!! We will be back. Thank you Megan, Sam and Heidi!!

Exceptional location with Spectacular views

Had some family getting together for a long weekend and was pleasantly surprised when the actual location and house exceeded the photos. Conveniently located on the boardwalk with a view of the pier. Rooftop is incredible for sunrise and sunsets. Had some issues with dates after had originally booked and the owner was very accommodating for what was my mistake. Great restaurants all within walking distance in addition to 7-Eleven 2 blocks away for groceries and whatever else is needed(The wagon in the garage helped with hauling). Highly recommend for family or friends getaway.

Great house on the beach

I spent a week at this fabulous beach house with my family leading up to my daughter's wedding. The location was perfect with in walking distance to restaurants, shops and even a grocery store. The pictures on the website were exactly like the beach house. We really enjoyed the roof for our family meals a table which could hold 18 comfortably. The beach house was very clean and comfortable. The bikes on sight were used daily and lots of toys for use in the sand. I recommend this place for anyone wanting a great place to stay on the beach.
