Completamente renovado y absolutamente hermoso. Ahora tiene todos los gabinetes nuevos, granito en la cocina y baños, pisos nuevos, área de entretenimiento y electrodom����sticos integrados, muebles nuevos de sala y comedor, nuevos tratamientos de ventanas. El maestro tiene un rey con baño privado y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas dobles con ba�����o privado. WiFi, TV por cable, 2 videograbadoras. Sábanas incluidas. No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The easiest way to review this is to say "ditto" to everything everyone else said. The condo is very nice, open, roomy, clean and has a great view right on the beach. The drawbacks - the condo had a hard time staying cool and you can definitely hear the movement of the upstairs people. We did find a box fan in a closet in one bedroom. I would suggest making it standard to have a box fan in both bedrooms. I did call and left a message to get another fan and no one ever called me back.... Nothing you can do about the noise upstairs - appeared to just be the sound of people walking around.Having said that, the place was lovely. And, I would recommend it - just making sure people plan ahead with fans.

Oceanfront condo - great vacation with friends

The condo was beautiful and we loved the oceanfront deck. There's not too much nearby in the way of shops and restaurants, but those were a 5 minute drive away. The kitchen supplies are pretty thin with very old scratchy pans and pantry is empty - be sure to bring your own cooking supplies. There are also no beach towels which was surprising for a beach house. I recommend the owner stock up at costco!

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at Seagrove 2B. We have stayed in Wild Dunes several times and this was our first time staying in Seagrove. Beautiful condo with an amazing view! Lots of updates and just steps to the beach! Loved the decor and super comfortable beds! Our only complaint was the noise from the condo above us. Each step sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. This is definitely not the fault of the property owners of 2B. I mention it because it was unnerving at times and definitely impacted the amount of time we stayed in the condo. Due to the age of the building, I think the sound is unavoidable. Hopefully, you will have quiet neighbors during your stay and not children running across the floor the entire time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Off to a rough start, but the vacation got better. Upon arrival into the condo, we noticed a distinct bad smell. We looked throughout the condo, and found that the washing machine had dark, probably stagnant water in it. We called Maintenance, and were told it would be the next day before someone could take a look. The smell was so bad, we had to drive to the store to purchase items to cover the smell for the night. Maintenance came the next day and removed the dirty water with the bad smell. Things got better after that.

Reviewer Comments: Came to Wild Dunes for girls high school reunion ( 36 years) It was disappointing that there were only 3 wine glasses in a unit that was 2 bedrooms. No hairdryer. They did not let us check in before 4 pm when it was clearly not occupied. It was the most expensive of the units in the complex which I was glad to pay to have a more upscale unit and I thought the furniture etc was just average. There was no soap or coffee filters- just the bare bones. I know the owners are not "required" to have anything but the bare bones but I rent often around the Charleston beaches and most have simple necessities. I was not unhappy but will rent one of the cheaper units next time.

The kitchen is adequate and open. There were several items that need attention in this unit. The carpet in the bedrooms is worn, stained, and in need of replacement. The bed linens were ill-fitting and at first glance appeared to be soiled. After washing the linens they were found to be clean but worn. A minor detail, but there were several light blubs in need of replacement. The door of the dryer on the stackable units would not stay closed making it difficult to dry clothes. This could be a great unit, but could use a little love.

Close to beach and close to resort area, which made for a good time with the family. The place itself could be so much better with some effort, and needs some investment. It’s summer and the master bedroom & bath gets almost no air, so it’s very uncomfortable, unfortunately. This needs to be addressed. Other bedroom not much better. Pans and cooking items are limited and worn out. The couches are dirty, and we immediately covered them with in sheets/patterns covers in order to feel they were ok to sit on. Linens provided with this rental are bare bones, as the towels are very small and thin, which led to doing laundry everyday and using more towels than a family of 4 should need. Either owner or rental company needs to upgrade these. Again, location is great. We just wish it had been more comfortable based on the notes we provided, and we wouldn’t rent it again due to those.

Location, location, location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to say upon arrival the view blew us away, but upon further review noticed a few short comings. First off in the spare bedroom I quickly noticed the bedframe damaged to the point of leaning and nervous of collapse. Next was in the kitchen and knob to drawer next to the refrigerator was off and in drawer. Finally were the games in the unit. All seemed to be missing pieces to the point of not being able to setup or play. All this could be overlooked if it were possibly later in the season but it was June 26. Also the sliding glass door latch was damaged not allowing it to lock securely. I will say that it might be on the inspector for the condo, than on the owner as they signed off on the unit being ready and up to par. Many wait all year to experience what one hopes to be a relaxing and fun filled week and things like this to some might have started the trip on a negative note. I did not allow this to disrupt our trip and we made the best of it as a family. Other than that the place was clean and enough for our family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually stay in a different unit within the same complex but thought it would be nice to change it up and stay directly on the beach. After I booked it, I looked at some of the more negative reviews (all concerning cleanliness) and called the company. He assured me the unit was very clean and there would be no issues. Upon walking in the door, it looked great to us. After staying a day, we started noticing things. The couches and chair needed to be replaced years ago. They’re broken down and filthy and they stink. I wouldn’t consider sitting on them without a blanket or a towel. The bedroom carpets are gross and in the very least, need to be professionally cleaned. There is black mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom. The master bedroom doesn’t get properly ventilated and reeks of mildew. There is a box fan which helped a little. There is no bedside table on one side of the master so you must improvise if you like yo take a glass of water to bed. The kitchen is stocked but most of the items it’s stocked with are in bad shape. Lastly, the entire reason we chose this condo....the view. If you sit in one of the chairs they provided, you have a view of the railing. You cannot see the ocean at all. This is the part that “broke the camel’s back”. I called the rental company and spoke to a VERY nice man. He said he would talk to the property manager and they would try to get some bar height chairs for us. I never heard a word from this guy again. I don’t know if these issues are because of the owner (who obviously doesn’t use it much) or because of the management company but they are valid issues that need to be resolved. Having said all of this, we had a great trip. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is lovely. I don’t know if I would stay here again. The sound of the ocean (since you can’t see it) is lovely. The smell of mildew isn’t.

We liked that there was a separate entrance off the balcony. We could come from the beach to the balcony and hang up wet items and take off our sandals before entering the condo. The AC didn't seem to get back to the bedrooms the best but the fans helped. The ocean view was gorgeous and peaceful! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice accommodations at a great location on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth stay on Isle of Palms, at a different condo complex each time. As always, Island Realty staff were very professional and informative. Seagrove 2B is in the perfect location on the beach, just steps from the water and a quick drive from the Wild Dunes gate. We liked the mix of regular height chairs and tall chairs on the balcony. We really liked the extra stairway directly from the balcony to the ground level. The interior was very clean. The kitchen is very large and has all the equipment you need, including enough dish detergent and dishwasher powder for several days. The kitchen/great room has very nice vinyl plank flooring. Faucets and sinks throughout the unit seemed newer. Bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and quite large. Beds looked newer and mattresses were comfortable. We had plenty of sheets, towels, etc., with the exception of only one dish towel (could have used a couple more). Spots were always available in the parking lot, but while the C and D units in this building had covered parking spots, the A and B units did not. A welcome surprise on the first floor of the building was a storage room specifically for 2B full of beach items such as chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. We have three suggestions: 1) add room darkening curtains in the bedrooms (it never got quite dark enough at night and we also had headlights from cars shining in occasionally), 2) the sofa and love seat could use a good cleaning or replacement, and 3) the carpeting in the bedrooms needs to be switched out for hard surface flooring with new subflooring added beneath to firm it up. Then add area rugs for coziness. The building is definitely older and the floors in general feel spongy and are squeaky. We also noticed a lot of noise when our upstairs neighbors walked on similarly squeaky floors. If all the noisy floors in this condo complex could be fixed, Seagrove would be a perfect choice for staying on Isle of Palms.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's proximity to the beach and pool is fantastic. While there was a dirty washcloth left on the floor of a bathroom, the rest of the property was spotless at check in. The one drawback to this property is a big one, though. There's a second entry door that leads to the main stairs. While it is locked and blocked so it doesn't get used, it allows an amazing amount of sound to echo down the hallway and to the main bedroom. Every time someone goes up or down the exterior stairs, every whisper, shout, clink, stomp, and bang is amplified and carried far.
