Coastal Beach Retreats is excited to present this tenth-floor condo located in Tower 1 at the one-and-only Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. This condo features an ocean-themed interior and an open layout perfect for close friends or families.

**The nightly rate covers parking for up to two vehicles during your visit.**

Enjoy stunning views of the lagoon pool and 110 acres of beachfront and the Gulf from the living room and kitchen/dining areas of the condo. The living area features comfy seating and a huge flatscreen TV with cable. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters and all new stainless steel appliances plus all you need for cooking meals or preparing snacks for the beach. An island offers seating for two and the dining table alongside it can seat 6. Enjoy your days at the beach with ease: six comfortable beach chairs, a beach umbrella, eight beach towels, and a Tommy Bahama shoulder ice chest are provided for your convenience, so you can relax and soak up the sun without any extra hassle.

Just outside the living room/dining area, open the sliding door to your private balcony and enjoy the breeze and salty air.

Our master bedroom offers a king bed, flatscreen TV, and fully remodeled bathroom. Our guest room has a queen bed and flatscreen TV. Twin over full bunk beds are tucked into a nook in the hallway and two more guests can enjoy a gel foam queen sleeper sofa. In-unit washer/dryer are ideal for drying your bathing suits or freshening up your outfits throughout your stay. High-speed wifi keeps you connected during your stay.

The nautical decor is beachfront perfect--clean, fresh, crisp. This condo is newly remodeled from top to bottom and one of the most stunning at the complex.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage hold on a credit/debit card in the renter's name. No smoking or parties are allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. This property has a Ring peephole camera installed in the front door, providing added security by recording activity outside the entrance. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
