An easy 6-7 minute walk and you’ll have the white sand of the Emerald Coast between your toes. Our family’s 4-bedroom, 3-bath home, sleeps 10 and has parking for 3 vehicles. Outdoor space and grilling available on site and the neighborhood pool is only a few houses down. 4 Bikes included with discount available for additional. Centrally located amongst all the great must-see sites of Destin and 30A. Your stay will offer many opportunities for making family memories. SORRY, NO PETS!!!
The space
Welcome to our home in Serenity at Dune Allen. From the front porch, enter our home’s hardwood-floored open concept living (pull out queen sofa), dining and kitchen, perfect for family gathering and entertaining. The spacious cooking space with stainless steel appliances and gas range gives meal preparation all the comforts of home.
This 1st level also has one bedroom (queen), a full bath and a convenient full-size laundry room. Head up the shiplap-lined staircase to the 2nd floor into a small seating area before continuing to the remaining rooms. The master suite (king) has a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with double sink vanity, separate shower and free-standing tub, and a large walk-in closet. Across the hall, another bedroom (queen), the 3rd bathroom with double sinks, and the final bedroom (2 twin-over-twin bunks), completes the upstairs space. Outside, you’ll find a gas grill, and an enclosed outside shower, great for after the beach. The golf cart-sized garage can be used to store all your outdoor and beach supplies. 4 Bikes included with discount available for additional. Other amenities include wi-fi and smart tv's in every bedroom with Hulu connectivity. SORRY, NO PETS!!
