The cottage was very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beach and to the boardwalk and the shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. the screen porch was very nice for gathering. Unfortunately 2 of our days were too cold to enjoy it. Cindy was very responsive to questions and to a small matter with a slow drain in the bathroom, which she had addressed immediately. Overall a wonderful stay.

We had a great week staying here. Location was close walking distance to beach and boardwalk. House was clean and description matched the house perfectly! With out a doubt would stay here again. The screened in front porch was the perfect place to relax!

Very cute house close to the beach, boardwalk, and shops/stores. The house was very comfortable for our family of four and we especially enjoyed hanging out in the porch every morning and evening. The house had everything we needed and we appreciated the stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Thank you!

The cottage was the perfect location. 2 blocks from the beach and close to where all the restaurants and bars are. The cottage was cozy and had a covered porch, a great place to just hang out! The host was easy to work with and coordinate our stay. I would stay here again!

Very easy stay, cozy home with perfect screened in porch. Super close to the boardwalk/beach (super walkable with a 15 month old!) Don’t forget that bringing towels also means hand towels for the bathrooms!

Gorgeous Cottage

An amazing cottage near the beach and downtown. Very clean and close to everything. We had a fantastic time and i would highly recommend.

This was our third summer renting Cindy's beach house for our family of four, two adults and two kids. As anticipated, we had another fabulous stay. The upgrades this year were fantastic - brand new living room couch (big and comfortable), upstairs bathroom, and bed frames. The house was fully equipped with beach chairs, a boogie board, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen equipment, a coffee maker, and more. We only needed our own sheets and towels. Our favorite part is the front screened in porch - it's spacious and peaceful. We had a plumbing issue one day, and Cindy had a plumber on the way within 15 minutes who fixed the issue quickly with no hassle for us. It could not have been a smoother experience. We hope to return next summer!
