Summary:
Comfortable condo 1 block away to beach.
Clean pool in back. 2 bedroom/3 bathroom in 4 plex w/ high 12 foot ceilings, granite & stainless + small fully equipped kitchen ALL TILE
Sleeping is King in Master, Adult sized bunk beds (full sized) in 2nd bedroom + single bed, and it has two couches .
50 yards to restaurants & bars yet quiet. Modern furniture. Inside nice. Perfect for families. High speed WIFI, contactless check in

The Space:
Condo is very clean inside - all tile no carpeting if allergies. Uniquely has en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom plus a half bath off living room if kiddos sleep on the couches
The kitchen is small but well equipped for breakfasts & quick lunches for your time at the beach.
High 12 foot ceilings. Pool in back is private to the 4 condos here & very clean. 1 easy block walk to public beach access, walk to Clayton's Beach Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, Ted's for breakfast, Parrot Eyes for water sports or Fish Tacos, BurgerFi for organic cheeseburgers.

Big flat screen TVs, WIFI for smart TVs though we do not have local cable. Ice Cold AC after a long day at the beach to relax in. The Hart Boys welcome you to our little beach retreat on South Padre Island! The laundry in this condo makes for more convenient clean up
While we have the best available Internet/WIFI from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
Beds are king in master, double sized beds as a bunk in 2nd bedroom PLUS a single sized bed...+ it has two couches in living room. The living room furniture is not super large/luxurious FYI it is made for short term stays to enjoy the beach & pool in back. Up to 8 allowed, though 6 is ideal. Bring extra bedding if 8 please

I'm a Father to 2 boys ages 9 & 12 & feel I know what families seek for nice stay near the beach - FUN :) I am the Owner of this condo as well as the Principal of South Padre Trips a property management company. I handle it all for a fun stay.
Up to 2 dogs or Birds are allowed. The pet fee nonrefundable is $75 PER dog or birds no exceptions. Dog (s) cannot be left alone to bark nor be allowed up on furniture. Pets found on property without prior notice to us as host will be evicted without refund.

Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional

Enjoy access to all areas of this comfortable condo. You'll have private access to both bedrooms, each with its own en-suite full bathroom, and a half bath off the living room. The kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped for preparing quick meals. Relax and unwind in the living room, or head out to the clean, shared pool in the back of the building. Free off-street parking for your vehicles is available. You're just a short walk from the beach and all the nearby restaurants, bars, and activities.

Nestled in the heart of South Padre Island, our condo offers unparalleled access to the best the island has to offer. You're just a breezy one-block walk from the public beach access, where you can sink your toes into the sand and enjoy the Gulf's sparkling waters. For dining, you're steps away from a variety of restaurants and bars, including Clayton's Beach Bar, known for its lively atmosphere. If you're craving Irish fare, Kelly's Irish Pub is also within easy walking distance. For a quick bite, Ted's offers delicious breakfast options, and Parrot Eyes provides water sports and tasty fish tacos. BurgerFi is also close for organic cheeseburgers. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and convenient location, making it easy to explore all the island's attractions. You'll find everything you need within a short stroll, from casual eateries to exciting nightlife. The area is perfect for families, offering a safe and welcoming environment for your beach vacation.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is easy! You'll find free off-street parking for your convenience. The condo is located close to the main attractions, so walking or biking is a great way to explore. If you prefer, taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available on the island. While there isn't a central public transportation system, the island is small and easy to navigate. The closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 30-minute drive away.

Important details to note for your stay: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please be aware that the primary guest must be 25 years or older and present at check-in. An e-sign rental agreement and a photo ID are required after booking. Up to two dogs or birds are allowed with a $75 per pet fee. Pets must not be left alone to bark or allowed on furniture. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please ensure the thermostat is set to 78 degrees, dishes are in the dishwasher, and all trash is removed upon check-out. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning fee.
