The place is a condo. Its situated just minutes from the beach.The pool is a lot smaller then we hoped. And there is no jacuzzi but over all it was great stay.

Good place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice overall to stay! Short walk to the beach! It lacks cooking utensils and some organization in the kitchen. Note there is no dishwasher! It needs space to put your clothes. The only place for clothes is the walk-in closet which is in the room with the 2 beds and on suite. There is nothing in the other bedroom. Please replace the rusty shower curtain. Overall, we would stay again and bring what we need with us!

Not bad at all

The condo is a little dated and only has 1 televisions. No dish washer or washer and dryer. But overall it was a pretty great stay. I would stay there again.

The room with the full sized bed was very hot at night, not as cool as the other rooms. Lastly (and probably the worst 🙈), were the roaches that crawled all over the kitchen and bedrooms. Overall, the condo was very clean and well kept. Location and size was great for our family.

Everything was clean for the most part... a little "out dated". Great Location. During our stay I will say to bring your own pillows and comforters, the beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a rock, we didn't go swimming but the swimming pool looks GIGANTIC in the pictures compared to what it really is we're talking maybe 5' wide by 10 yards long lastly during our stay we saw approximately 10 ROACHES in the unit. Ultimately you get what you pay for.

Great spot for Memorial Day weekend Access to Beach!

Property is managed through Rent on Padre and sits on the corner towards the back, near the pool area. Because of this, we were subject to the other backyards of the neighbors who did not adhere to noise ordinances, since they had parties and were generally loud at 1 a.m. each night. It was clean and especially accommodating for my dog but we were limited in extra linens and blankets. The pull out bed in the living room needs to be updated ASAP. The pots and pans in kitchen also need to be updated ASAP and there is no dishwasher however, the instructions included running a dishwasher, along with dishwasher tabs. We had to pull out a plastic drying rack during our stay and washed dishes before we left on Sunday. There is a washer/dryer which helped out a lot but it is not advertised. Since we arrived a day early, the small pool was great but there is no grill to use and once each condo was occupied with people over the weekend, the pool quickly became a code compliance issue. The major drawback of this stay was the fact that the A/C was not working properly. I notified Rent on Padre as soon as there was an issue and HVAC guy came around but the issue was not resolved 100% during our stay, which involved the downstairs unit and then the use of some of our towels to help the leaking. There was also a cockroach that made its appearance! The walk from the condo to the beach was quick and easy! Rent on Padre was super responsive and friendly but the condo needs some major TLC.

But..there are 18 steps to go in/out. We didn’t have a problem with the steps, but this isn’t for someone with mobility issues.

Good beach fun but a bit outdated property

Property was very close to beach. Good sized bedrooms and kitchen. However, we had cockroach/waterbug issue pretty much every night. We found these bugs all over the apartment and it was not fun!

Perfect stay!

My friends and I rented this condo for our spring break trip and it was the perfect fit for us! The location was perfect and next to all of the things we wanted to do and see. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes, and there were so many bars and restaurants near by as well! There is a grocery and liquor store super close to the condo as well which made it very easy to grab everything we needed. The communication was great between us and the host, and we would definitely stay here again. Overall great and fun experience.
