The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet. A second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds arranged as a loft bed setup. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

The open living area is designed to be both comfortable and inviting. A spacious seating area, a modern dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and countertops create a functional and welcoming space.

The outdoor area extends across almost the full width of the villa and is designed for enjoying the Florida climate.
