Had a fantastic time!

Great location! Close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Very peaceful and quiet. It was like having our own private beach. Really enjoyed the pool. Beautiful sunsets every night!

Fabulous location, fabulous view

This was the perfect location for our visit to Ft. Myers, especially with its proximity to Shellpoint Village (retirement community). Located right on the bay, the view from our condo was fantastic. Loved sitting on the (screened!) lanai with a cup of coffee. Condo is furnished with all the basics (coffee maker + plus coffee filters = thank you!). Sure, the furnishings are a bit dated, but that was not a factor for us. The only real criticism would be about the bugs we found - in the kitchen and bathroom(s). Not horrendous, but especially troubling in the kitchen. I keep a clean house and occasionally deal with bugs, so I understand that sometimes it's unavoidable. Regardless, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Not very pleased

The room was outdated but was ok for what we needed it for. We were being targeted by the security guard. There were no issue until he came out. Then miraculously there were complaints for others for being to loud and our kids being out of line. Talking to owners that were by us were very unhappy with how were were being treated. They thought we were all respectful and kids were being kids. We will not be returning!!

This was a nice and relaxing stay

It was nice. However we felt there were alot of bugs in the condo this time.. both of us were getting bit by something. Also , next time we may look for a place where we can bring our small service animal

Needs updating

So overall the property was clean and functional. The kitchen badly needs to be updated. There are several drawers that are crooked. The drawer under the oven is off track. The microwave tried to gal apart when I opened the door. There was a new coffee pot and the dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer worked well. There are warning signs on the sliding glass doors telling you to make sure they are closed before you open them because of the cross breeze. They aren’t big enough to help you understand how much this is a must! We enjoyed our stay and would rent again

Perfect Location

We had an amazing front row seat to the Gulf and sunsets from our lanai. The pool was great as was the beach for sunbathing. The trails were fun to stroll. The condo could use some updating, the appliances have some loose parts, and the bottom drawer in one of the dressers was unusable, but after a couple of days, it felt like home. The bedroom with the twin beds is pretty noisy as it is along the walkway by the elevators, and there was some funky motor noise that took some getting used to. Everything was conveniently close; the stoplight at the right turn to the bridge for Sanibel Island saves hours of waiting through backed up traffic. So even though there are some things that could be updated, the location can't be beat.

Loved it

The condo was perfect for me, my husband, my brother and his wife. It was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the screened in patio overlooking the water. Beautiful view. We were conveniently located. Loved our stay.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed the natural location of the property . The daily travel of a variety of boats along the bay front was interesting, and being able to walk so close to the mangrove area was very enjoyable. The property could use some updating.

Little Slice of Heaven

I officially call this place a little slice of Heaven. It’s because it is literally the last building at the end of a beautiful entry and perfect in every way. Just a literal slice of land facing the incredible Sanibel Harbour. White sand beach, lovely pool, very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Ft Myers stay

Overall … it was a nice place for what we paid. The master bedroom need a new bed. The king bed bed sags and leans to one side. We tried to flip the bed even. Also the kitchen bowls and utensils for making things could be updated. No pizza cutter. Again though. Nice place. Clean and great location. Great parking and Bimini Bait Shop restaurant within walking distance. Nice

Wish it had been a longer stay

While the decor feels like 1980s Florida, there are enough updates to keep it nice. The condo was very clean, and conveniently close to the elevators, with no noticeable noise. And the view!!! My wife was gushing over our sunsets. This place is perfect for exploring Sanibel Island while having great access to lower Fort Myers for Publix and other amenities. Absolutely would stay again. Note that the property managers are on Sanibel Island. You'll get a bunch of auto-texts talking about visiting their office for check-in. You actually use the key code at the key lock box on the door frame. You never need to visit the office.

Great Stay

I visited with my 3 children and it was nice having the beach and pool. Located between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Definitely will be visiting again.

Condo was not ready on time!

We arrived early and were told that the last tenant had just checked out of the condo, and they were cleaning it and would be ready at 3pm. Not a problem! When we returned at 3pm, after getting groceries, the condo had not been cleaned. We spoke to someone that worked for the condominium and he advised us that we rented it from a off site management company and that he would notify his boss. After a 30 minute wait, two cleaning girls showed up to clean. We were able to get into the condo after 5pm.

Very clean and Right on the Bay, queen size air mattress donated

The Condo was super convenient. Right off the water with screened in Porch and near pool. Very clean. The pull out sofa couch was not comfy at all but not many are so I bought a queen size air mattress to use in large living room and it was great. I donated that when we left. Its in 2nd bedroom closet. I appreciate the price of the unit considering everything had inflated so much, so that was the least I could do.
