Southern Charm offers plenty of shaded covered parking, and the front porch offers plenty of seating and privacy that allows you enjoy the peace and quiet of the bay and watch the beautiful sunsets through the pines. Southern Charm offers a large open layout, a large well-stocked kitchen with a pantry, spacious dining area and comfy living room with a flat screen smart TV. The living room also offers relaxing recliners.
The master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen smart T.V. and a bathroom with a large shower. There are two other bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and flat screen smart T. V’s. A full bathroom with a tub-shower combo is located between the two queen rooms. A full-size stackable washer and dryer is also available for your use.
Southern Charm is perfect for your next family vacation or fishing trip. There is an outside shower to rinse off your salty day also.
It is truly all about the outdoors on St. George Island and our property has plenty of room for parking and for your boat. There are great features on our beautiful island like the bike path, the park with basketball and pickle ball courts, and let’s not forget the wonderful playground for the littles. You can also climb the 92 steps to the top of the historic St. George Lighthouse for breathtaking 360-degree views of our delicate ecosystem.
