Surfside 13 - Cute & Pet-Friendly Lakefront Condo with Washer, Dryer, A/C and Gorgeous Beach!

Surfside 13 is a cute little lakefront condo on Lake Huron in Oscoda. The condo development has its own private beach on Lake Huron that includes 363 feet of gorgeous beach and guests have full access to this private beach! Includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 smart televisions (one in bedroom), kitchenette, dining area, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Pet friendly as well with both dogs and cats allowed! Great beach and lake getaway for individuals, couples, or small families!


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1) PET POLICY: Up to 2 small pets are allowed. Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets other than dogs or cats are not permitted. Please make certain that the pet fee is paid if bringing 1 or 2 pets.

2) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct.

3) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not.

4) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.

Our unit at Surfside was cute, cute, cute. I loved being just steps from Lake Huron and a beautiful beach. Our unit was nicely furnished and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice get-away for a long weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable. The mattress was great. The patio was nice and it was all very accommodating for traveling with our dog. Though it was too cool for relaxing on the beach this time, the sandy area was huge!

I can’t say enough about this place! My family and I had the best time. The condo was the perfect size, clean, and fully stocked! Has a cute deck on the back to sit and relax, and a short walk to the beach. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back!

This was our 2nd year staying here and we extremely happy with our stay. We had a great time cabin is always really clean and it's absolutely adorable on the inside. One of the best things about this cabin is the washer and dryer. Communication is always fantastic. Already thinking of booking again next year.

We loved this condo. It was very clean, had plenty of household items to use, and check in was super easy. I think our favorite part was hanging out on the back deck.

Loved our stay here. The beach was gorgeous and peaceful and the place was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Communication with the property owner was clear and prompt. I appreciated all of the shower towels, linens, blankets and pillows. The only thing that might be nice to consider adding would be adding a couple of beach chairs and sand toys to the outdoor closet, but we brought our own. There was a bundle of firewood, which we really appreciated to make a bonfire at the pits on the beach.

The condo was just as pictured - cute, clean, and comfy for the two of us and our dog. We enjoyed using the new deck and grill and the beautiful beach. We found the bed too hard for us, the curb appeal lacking (lights/doors) and the sink/shower in the bathroom very slow to drain, but overall a nice stay in a well equipped place.

A quick weekend getaway that was very nice. The condo was clean and had plenty of linens and bedding. Loved the location right on the beach. A step for the front door would be nice because it’s a big step up and for someone like me with a bad knee it was a little challenging. The new deck was lovely and wish the weather would have cooperated more so we could have enjoyed it more. My only suggestion would be to provide some basic condiments and toiletries. Like salt, pepper ketchup etc… and soap, shampoo. But lovely stay, great communication with owner. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you

Very comfortable & well stocked condo. The beach is beautiful. Very close to restaurants & grocery store. Enjoyed the gorgeous sunrises & relaxing beach walks. The only concerns we had were that the entries appeared unfinished. There was no number on the unit & there are 2 doors. Not sure which was main entry when we arrived & there is not a stoop at the entry door ( might be difficult for some to step up into & down when exiting). Also no deadbolt or chain lock on the doors. I believe these are things being worked on as it is newly remodeled. The host was helpful & prompt in contacting us on arrival. We would surely like to stay here again in future. Love the area!
