Lucas was an amazing host and has a stunning property with views of fantastic sunsets over the islands… from the moment we landed. We were in constant communication with our host… He was even waiting at the car ferry for us to follow him back to the Villa… Every step of the way if we needed anything at all or if we just needed simple advice, Lucas was there to help out… He brought us beach chairs and guided us throughout our trip… The hospitality was unexpected and definitely welcomed… We would stay at this villa again on future trip trips and I’ve already mentioned to Lucas that we will be sending him friends to book from time to time… Don’t hesitate to book this lovely villa!

Stayed 4 nights. Everything was brand new and in great condition. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the new (clean) Hot tub. Lots of extras (beach chairs, beach towels, brand new washer/dryer, hair dryer). Lucas was a great host to make sure we were happy. We are spending the remainder of our trip in St. Thomas and honestly i wish we had just stayed the entire week at “Sunset Escape Villa” for more time in the NP. Highly recommend- no hesitations.

We had a wonderful vacation while staying at Sunset Escape Villa. Owned and constructed by our host Lucus, this is a beautiful, brand new home with many amenities. The view from this villa is amazing and wonderful as we sat on the huge covered deck. All the furniture and amenities are all brand new as well. Bonuses were a large hot tub, abundant kitchen equipment for indoor cooking, an outdoor grill for outdoor cooking, a telescope for viewing the lovely sites and boats . There are new AC units as well which we didnt really need in February as it was always a comfortable 77 to 82 degrees there with a mind breeze due to a higher elevation. Lots of seating options indoor and out to take up the superb views. One could easily live in this large and spacious villa. Lucus is a great host and will take care of any of your needs. We really did not want to leave this awesome location. The villa is locate at the end of a drive that is shared with five homes . No traffic passing by as a result. Just ignore the first home that has collected a few old cars and then you will be rewarded once you reach the villa at the end of the road. Its a 5 star view and a five star accommodation. Trust us as we are particular as to where we stay as we travel the world. There is also a brand new washer and dryer as part of the home. Large screen TV s are also there for movie watching at night. Lucus also has plenty of beach accessories for use such as beach chairs and coolers. You will love it here.
