Ubicado en el corazón de Playa del Carmen, a solo unos pasos de la famosa 5ta Avenida y justo a orillas de las magníficas playas blancas y turquesas de la Riviera Maya, en el Caribe mexicano.

Una ubicación inmejorable !! Luna Encantada B1 es el hogar perfecto, el condominio de vacaciones perfecto que disfrutará.

El condominio está ubicado en la planta baja con acceso directo a la piscina infiniti y al área de la playa. Cuenta con una cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, plancha eléctrica de panini, botellero a medida y un bar con 3 taburetes. El comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas en la mesa. Diseño abierto con techos de 10 pies en todo; decorado en cálido tema contemporáneo con cremas, marrones y naranjas. Impresionantes vistas de increíbles playas de arena blanca desde la terraza junto a la piscina. Disfruta de las vistas diurnas o nocturnas de las aguas iridiscentes del mar Caribe

El dormitorio principal está decorado en un agradable estilo oriental, cuenta con una cama de tamaño completo con baño en suite y un amplio vestidor. Las puertas de ventanas amplias Master tienen vista al océano y a la piscina y se abren a la terraza junto a la piscina. El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen y un vestidor contiguo y baño completo para mayor comodidad. Y el segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene una acogedora cama doble.

No hay necesidad de un automóvil cuando vives aquí, ya que lo tienes todo, ¡estarás en el corazón del centro de Playa del Carmen!

The perfect location for our family vacation

I’d stay at this property again and again. The location was perfect: the pool right outside our door, the beach immediately outside the gates, a fun late-night bar/restaurant overlooking the water immediately next door, a thousand restaurants within a one mile radius for us to explore during the day, a Walmart within a short walking distance for last minute necessities, a fun pop-up evening market with the best pazole three blocks away during the weekend, friendly staff... I could go on and on. I was so impressed! The location is so walkable, so family-friendly.

Nice place, nice location...

Was happy with the place, it was in a great part of town, right on the beach. Unit itself was very spacious and comfortable. Building is little dated, but for the price point quite nice. Would def consider staying there again, and Barbara was accommodating. Very nice spot for kids to hang at the pool and beach. Only real issue is what some others have said which is the beach directly in front is rocky when the water starts. Happy with our choice.

Exceptional Property Fantastic Stay and Service

This condo is located right on the beach and one block from the 5th Avenue restaurants and shops. If you want to be in the middle of everything that Playa has to offer, consider this nice condo. The host, Barbara, is very responsive and helpful. She greeted us on the first day and we saw her in passing several times during our 5 day stay. The condo, B1, is on the first floor. It is very convenient to the pool and beach. There is generally security around the condo property throughout the day and night. The furnishings are functional. The bathrooms were in good working order. The kitchen was as well except the dishwasher was not working. The air conditioner in the unit worked well. I felt that this condo was a good value for the money. I mentioned that the condo is conveniently located on the beach and one block from 5th Avenue. It can be somewhat noisy into the evening. It was not a problem for us, but I can imagine that it might be of concern for light sleepers or the early to bed crowd. We loved the condo. Don't hesitate to book it if you want to be in the middle of it all!

Wonderful location

This is my second time to stay at Luna. The location of the rental is perfect for enjoying the ocean, pool and 5th Ave. The staff are wonderful, and we had a couple of hiccups, but they got them corrected immediately. Lovely rental ... just go ahead and book it!

Decent stay

The inside was a little outdated and there were some broken handles/drawers, holes in the wall, trouble with the toilets, A/C problems, and sinks blocking up. The unit being right on the beach and on 5th Ave was convenient and was the best part. Overall, it was an alright stay with some complications.

Perfect place

The unit was perfect, just as pictured. The pool was clean, warm and super close to the condo. The ocean/beach was only steps from the property, unfortunately the seaweed was a bit of a mess. Barbara and Edith were very responsive to all of our inquiries. overall this place would qualify for 10 stars, not just 5. The INTI restaurant next door was excellent, and even offered a discount to Luna Encantada guest. On the other side was Fusion restaurant, very good, but more of a young people vibe.

Paradise in Playa Del Carmen

Wonderful Vacation home, great location on the beach which has changed a lot over the years but where this condo is located the beach is still very nice and great walking distance to anywhere. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great location with a few small issues

This is one of the best locations we found around Playa Del Carmen. The main issues were that this property is flanked by 2 beach bars that blasted music until 2 am most nights. With the place closed up the base was still loud enough that we had to sleep with ear plugs. We also had issues with getting the access info. 10 days before the trip we received an email say here are your "keys". It linked to the VRBO reservation but under the access info is said that codes would be provided 7 days before arrival. When I looked back the under that section the day we left, it still said the same thing. I messaged the property contact through VRBO, then called, then texted. She finally send me the info about 20 minutes before we arrived at the condo. She seemed to imply that I simply wasn't looking at the correct spot to find the info. I was using the VRBO app, and now that I'm back on a computer I am confident that it was never sent to us. No real harm done, it was just stressful coming in late at night with a kid and not knowing if we could get into the property. All of the on-site staff were very helpful. We were supposed to meet the on-site property manager but she only came by the night before we left to see what time we were leaving in the morning.

Holidays in Playa del Carmen

Had a wonderful week at this property. Owner was very helpful in helping us arrange transport etc. Edith (on-site manager) was spot on in her restaurant recommendations. Condo well equipped as we ate in quite a lot. Beach situation was great as umbrellas, chairs were readily available even though it is a public beach and you can have food and bev service from adjoining restaurants. Loved the proximity to 5th street! Only downside was music from next door restaurant and actually it was the type of music. Throbbing techno beat most days from 4pm on. Would come here again for sure!

Perfection

My family spent half of our vacation at the condo and half at a cancun resort. We all wanted to return to the condo. Our guide and driver the manager put us in contact with made us feel safe and showed us a day of fun and full of culture. I traveled with my three kids (11, 8 and 8 months), husbands and mother which brings its challenges. The staff was always smiling and willing to assist. Relaxation was everywhere from the affordable massage next door with dinner and drinks on the beach. Shopping out side our building. The chairs available for lounging by the pool and beach were great. The building also had beach toys for the kids to use. Don’t doubt your choice. The filtered water available to us was simple but what a difference it made to have it available to make ice for us and bottles for the baby. All around great amenities and no shortage of activities to do. Highly recommend the condo B1 and applaud Barbara and her staff.

It’s an amazing place and clean people are very friendly and great location it’s worth every dollar

The place is the perfect location we asked a taxi how to get there because we rented a car and were a little confused but once he explained it was the best location for us to stay we had kids and my mom can’t go up and down the stairs so this was in the center of everything, downstairs, gated, you have your own parking the condo is beautiful inside you have maids every day, laundry the washer and dryer weren’t working so they took our clothes to the laundry and brought them back for us which made it even easier, all you have to do is tip the housekeeping every day 5 dollars because that’s their salary make sure you tip because some people’s salary is only based on tips there, the Quinta Avenida has everything that you need make sure you bring your first aid kit because they don’t sell anything that contains antibiotics like Neosporin, most places won’t accept 100 dollar bills only 50 and under and many places like small restaurants won’t accept credit card so bring cash the condo has a safe and there are places where you can exchange to pesos everywhere, they do it to protect your money the people there are extremely nice and sweet, they treated us amazingly well we took the ferry to cozumel it’s a MUST. Also if you can take a shuttle to visit the ruins some are further but it’s 100%worth it take as many tours as you can we visited one of the cenotes bring cash for that specially if you buy souvenirs, this was a wonderful experience we travel around the world my husband said this was the best vacation he loved Mexico more than any other country.

We stayed for 8 days at this gorgeous property! We absolutely loved everything about it. It is a true gentleman just as promised. It is so close to shopping and restaurants, but you would never know it! Once you turn and enter this little oasis, you would never know that the hustle and bustle of 5th Ave. Is steps away! Wonderful Beach Front Condo

This review is for Unit B1. We were 6 adults staying between February the 5th and 12th, 2019. I can't offer enough praise for this property that is right on the beach of Playa Del Carmen, just a short walk to the ferry terminal that will take you over to Cozumel. The condo is very well maintained, with high end finishes throughout. The owner (Barbara) and on site property manager (Edith) did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and it was. Barbara was kind enough to arrange a taxi to pick us all up at the airport and drop us back there on our return. Before booking this unit I had done some research and saw other reviews that were critical of the amount of noise coming from a beach club disco, just to the north of this building. We were on the ground floor right next to the club and it didn't bother us. 5th Avenue, the hub of PdelC, is a few steps outside the main entrance to the building. Great for finding the right place to eat in the evenings, before coming back to relax on the terrace with a drink, watching the waves roll in and the ferries come and go. The view from the terrace is exactly as you see in the photographs. We walked up to WalMart (maybe 10 mins walk, past the town hall) to pick up breakfast and lunch groceries. There are a whole bunch of taxi's there to bring you and your shopping back. So easy. Just have the building address on your phone to show the driver. Again, very convenient. Adjoining the building on the south side is another beach club called Inti. The staff there will serve you drinks and lunch while you are on 'your' part of the beach, so you don't have to go food shopping if you don't want to ! Inti also have a full selection of different massages, in case laying on the sun bed on the beach makes you weary. The only surprise for me was the amount of beach that appears to have been washed away in the 3 years since I was last in PdelC. In many places the beach has become very narrow and exposed rocks that I don't remember being there before. All in all, the Condo and its proximity to all the local amenities, parks, shopping areas and restaurants contributed greatly to a relaxing and stress free vacation. We had a great time and won't hesitate to return. Enjoy !
