Cold but beautiful!

It was dated. We stayed at another property last year and it was decorated cute and way cheaper than this one. Was hoping since I paid more it would be nicer. Loved being right on the water though

Lovely vacation experience

Great location! Loved the pools and spa and beach access. Everyone I ran into was super friendly. Beach was very nice and not crowded at all being near the end of the stop of condos and hotels. The condo facility was well-kept and we felt that everything was accurate on the VRBO description. Definitely recommend it!

It is an ok place

Overall impression of the property is that it is very old and has very cheap furnishings. The location is good though. It still uses a standard lock and key instead of a code which is just silly these days. The requirement to go to a real estate office to sign paperwork and get the keys is a hassle. It has been years since I've had to do that. For the money I don't think I would stay again during the summer months. Perhaps a short off-season stay when rates are less would be worth it. Suggested Improvements: 1. Use a key code lock 2. Eliminate separate real estate office check-in an key return 3. Update furnishings that work and replace glass tables

Good for a weekend getaway

Over all the condo was very clean. The comfort of the couch bed was horrible. The smoke detector kept going off while we were cooking breakfast. The view was amazing! Painting around the front door would probably be helpful because the condo looked a bit sketchy when we were entering. Overall the condo would be great for a long weekend getaway but not for an extended stay unless you have less than 4 people.

Loved the location.. the only thing I would say is the condo itself was a little dirty and some of the furniture was broken , like the outdoor patio furniture the chairs were broken so you couldn't even sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.

Enjoyed the stay

The condo is located in a quiet area , directly on the beach. The room was clean with at least a one day supply of all the necessities (paper products, bedding and bathroom supplies). The rental process was extremely easy. I do have a few concerns. The recliner was broken; unable to recline. The couch was overly worn, smelly and uncomfortable. Also, the burners on the stove did not properly heat. It was difficult to cook using the stovetop. A previous tenant spilled something in the oven. Anytime the oven was used, when the door was opened the smoke set off the smoke alarm. This was annoying. Finally the the balcony furniture set pictured above does not exist. Since the furniture is plastic, probably purchased from Dollar General, only two chairs remain. One of the chairs is broken. Fortunately, I noticed before an attempt to sit led to a fall. Despite the livingroom furniture and stove, I would stay at the Royal Palms again. Everything else about the condo was outstanding.

Brief Stay

We were pleased with the condo and its location, awesome view and ease of access. Unfortunately we came at the end of the season and maintenance crews had scaffolds, ropes and equipment all around the building. We were also only able to stay one of 3 nights due to having to return home early in preparation of our home for Hurricane Ida.

Great View

The 12th floor balcony give this place a great view. As the last place before the state park, it is fairly quiet here. WiFi is included, even though it wasn't included in the listing. There were plenty of towels included. It is still in walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Wonderful place for my much needed vacation!

Everything about this place was great. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything was very clean in the room. I also used both pools, hot tub and sauna with nothing but thumbs up. The young lady at the rental office was very nice too. I will book this same room on my next trip.

Ocean View Royal Palms

Our stay was great and the condo was very nice. The decor was comfortable however with the brown decor it did make the room dark. The sliding door was broken and would not open. However, after calling the rental agency they did have someone out the following day to fix it. We were able to compare our unit to some friends in other units and again we felt ours was on the dark side. Perhaps better lighting would help. Over all the unit was very comfortable and we loved having the indoor pool, hot tub and saunas on site. I would recommend this property.

Family Vacation

We were very impressed with Brett Robinson, very easy to work with. Everyone was helpful and their customer service is on point! The condo was awesome! This was our 4th time staying at the Royal Palms (first time booking with Brett Robinson) and this is my favorite condo so far!! We stayed comfortably as a family of 5 with 3 young children. Everyone was so friendly, including the property management. We can't wait to book again!!
