Este condominio de un dormitorio tiene mucho espacio y una vista directa de la playa. Desde el tercer piso tiene una vista sin obstáculos de toda la playa, pero son lo suficientemente bajos como para escuchar el surf en la noche.

El dormitorio principal tiene su propia entrada al balcón y la gran ventana se puede abrir para escuchar las olas mientras se duerme.

La cocina tiene todo lo que necesita y es lo suficientemente grande como para que dos personas puedan preparar una comida cómodamente.

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en el apartamento y cocinas totalmente equipadas, ¡así que solo tienes que preocuparte por divertirte! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de parrillas / picnic, WIFI GRATUITO, área de lavado de autos, paseo marítimo para la playa y un conveniente mercado al lado. ¡Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Stress free time

The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and Tom Thumb next door which we used a lot. The towels had an odor to them and did not absorb well. We will bring our own next time. The bed was overly soft and hot. The one- bedroom condo was small in the living area. It is an older facility but we keep coming back due to the location and beach facilities. We spent a lolt of time on the balcony. The beach set up was wonderful

Mother daughter trip

Staff was friendly and accommodating.The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Only had 1 chair on the balcony,would have been nice to have at least 2. Someone was smoking in a nearby unit so it made it unbearable to be on the balcony at times.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect size for the 2 of us. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and was more like a bench vs a couch. The bed was also uncomfortable and also very firm. I would not call the kitchen well stocked, but bare minimum stocked. The toilet in the bedroom is very low and is not ideal for tall people. No screens to keep bugs out on the main patio door or the windows in the bedroom.

Wonderful getaway

Yes this is my first time using VRBO and staying at this property. The the communication was wonderful with the staff as I decided to add some additional days to my stay because I was having such a good time and they were happy to accommodate me and get me into the second unit quickly. The beach was beautiful the condo was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future. I'm already planning my next trip thank you for a great stay

Overall, great!

Great location, great view. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it looked like the other families were enjoying it. Easy walk to beach. Plenty of parking. Has elevator and carts. Keyless entry was very convenient. Decor was a little outdated compared to the other listings but this had no effect on our stay. Television was a little confusing to use, but again, totally do-able. Needs some light bulb changes but that is an easy fix. Would absolutely stay here again, we had a blast.

Wonderful

The room was so comfortable and clean and just the perfect size for myself and my husband. We were only three floors up and right on the beach. I really enjoyed the quietness of the area, and we both appreciate being able to use the stairs not have to wait for elevators. While we did not use the pool, it was very clean and very nice.The check in receptionist,, Tonya, was welcoming and informative. We arrived early and our room was not ready but we were permitted to use the complementary beach service so it felt like we had another extra day on the beach. There is a Tom Thumb convenience story right next-door which was very convenient for last minute needs. All in all, it was a perfect place and stay.

Great stay at the Nautilus

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Nautilus and our first stay in unit 1305. The condo was clean and we enjoyed beautiful views of the gulf. We had a problem with the door lock initially that was resolved. The unit was comfortable. However we noticed a musty smell during our entire stay. Also the refrigerator freezer was making a loudnoise as if the motor was about to go out. We reported this to Nautilus mgmt. We enjoy the Nautilus because of its location and primarily because management staff is on site, accommodating and friendly. I also appreciate the ease of calling staff and reserving a condo by phone and the liberal cancellation policy. We will be back!

A relaxing experience

Good layout & location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Okaloosa Island is not nearly as crowded as the 30A area. I liked the layout in that the one bedroom also has a beach view and you don’t enter into a long, dark hallway. The only hall is in the bedroom to the master bath, which had 2 sinks and a separate shower/potty room. Also helpful is the half bath off the living room for any couch-sleepers. The third floor is a plus because you can walk up the 2 flights without waiting for the elevator. The pool is not on the beach side, if that bothers you. The management were very frirndly and helpful and the notebook provided in the condo had lots of helpful information. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided with the condo was a wonderful addition.
