Hermosa, unidad de 2ª planta con vista al mar de lujo. Completamente remodelado y actualizado, todo lo necesario para una estancia estupenda. Una nueva cama king en el maestro, una reina y un gemelo en el segundo dormitorio y dos gemelos en el tercer dormitorio más pequeño. Disfrute de la enorme piscina al aire libre frente al mar, bañera de hidromasaje y piscina para niños, piscina cubierta, sauna, canchas de tenis y club de salud. Cocina totalmente equipada y lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. Gran terraza con vistas a la piscina y el patio.

Our stay at 1205

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have been coming to St Augustine and Colony Reef for over 20 years. My children are grown now and they have started bringing their kids now. We love Colony Reef! Perfect size, great pool area, easy access to the beach, and wonderful green space for the kids to play. This was our first time staying at 1205 unit. It was very nice! This particular stay was just the 2 of us. We had everything we needed. Thanks for a relaxing stay. My only comment is primary bathroom cold water faucet handle was almost impossible to turn on and off. Seems to have a lot of corrosion or build up. I think it could easily be fixed. We have already booked our next stay at Colony for the Fall with the entire family. See you soon!

Great St Augustine vacation location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week long stay at Colony Reef. The complex was well maintained, pool very large, beach wonderful. It's only about 15 minutes to historic downtown St Augustine. There are lots of restaurants on Anastasia Island and, of course, in the city. The management, Grace and George, were extremely helpful. The condo we originally rented was sold and the new owners were no longer renting. We were given another option but when we arrive it wasn't at the same Gold level as the original property. Grace had two other options and we selected 1205 as it has a good view of the pool (but never noisy) and beach. We appreciated their understanding and willingness to allow us to move. The condo is nicely updated, comfortable beds and furniture and even provided some beach chairs. The only complaint, and it is minor, is that the initial supplies were very minimal. Only one roll toilet paper in each bathroom, only a few tiny bars of soap and only one kitchen garbage bag, no paper towels or liquid dish soap. We were advised to expect only starter packets but we have rented over 30 different vacation properties and this was by far the least stocked. It would not have cost much to have one more garbage bag, a roll of paper towels and a very small bottle of dish soap. Other than that it was a very nice unit and the complex and management were excellent.
