We're glad the location worked out well for your trip and that you were able to get to the beach easily by bike during your stay. We want to clarify that the pool itself was actually completed during your visit, and with our permission it was available for use even though it wasn't part of the advertised listing, only the surrounding fencing and landscaping remained unfinished. As for the furniture, we're already in the process of replacing the couches and dining chairs to improve comfort for future guests. Regarding the kitchen, it's equipped with new cookware, a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and a toaster that's less than a year old, so we're a bit surprised by that feedback, but we always welcome input that helps us keep improving the home for future stays.

After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: "We have the house professionally cleaned after each guest's stay, and inspected before and after each rental by the Property Manager. No one else has complained about dust. New ceiling fans have been installed since this guest's stay. The common areas have been professionally cleaned twice before this stay and once since then. Soap is supposed to be placed in all bathrooms by the cleaning service before each rental. We notify each guest by email and telephone of the Property Manager’s telephone number and our telephone number, for informing us of any questions or concerns before or during the stay. Neither the Property Manager nor we remember any calls on any of these matters from this guest. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to provide our guests with the 5-star experiences we are known for."

If you had any questions we wish you would have let us know so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.. -With cleanliness concerns, we ask that guests reach out so we can prove its validity and resolve any issue immediately. We are always available should guests need anything while in residence. We gladly would have sent the cleaning crew back to address any concerns right away -We checked the home for any sticky substance or cobweb issues and have found no evidence, we sincerely apologize if any cleanliness issues impacted your stay -Mattress taste is subjective, and we have never received any complaints about this in the past, however, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that this specific mattresses did not suit your personal preference. We are replacing the king bed and two twin bedspreads to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort we're sorry the furniture didn't meet your preferences. However, the couch cushions are in good shape and guests seem very happy with it -Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the soap dispenser since this is not consistent with our expectations.
