Este es un dúplex arriba / abajo recientemente renovado que permite la comodidad preferida de un nivel de vida, con esta unidad de nivel inferior con 4 dormitorios y 2 baños. Alquile esta unidad, o para la reunión perfecta de familia numerosa, combine esta unidad con nuestra otra unidad superior, el listado VRBO # 473300, para un total de 8 DORMITORIOS.

¡Hay cinco televisores y 50 mbps de WiFi! El salón tiene una gran televisión de pantalla plana con servicio de cable premium y un reproductor de DVD (Blu Ray). Cada habitación tiene un televisor de pantalla plana que transmite Netflix. Los niños y adolescentes disfrutarán de la configuración de dormitorio con literas / futones, especialmente cuando puedan retirarse a su propia habitación que también tiene un reproductor de DVD (Blu Ray). FABULOUS RENTAL

This is a fabulous unit - well located, beautiful upgrades and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/Dryer handy. Kids loved the bunks. We loved it so much, we're staying here three weeks next summer. My daughter forgot her Kindle and the Owner mailed it to her - such nice people!!!!! We've been coming to Holden Beach for a while and we'll be staying here!

Clean Property, Great Location, Attentive Owner

Easily the cleanest property we've ever stayed at. The location is perfect and you can't really hear the people at the unit above. Everything worked as expected and was well-maintained. We had a situation where we got locked out because a lock lost it's ability to take the code, and the owner was immediately responsive via text and drove three hours that very day to install a new one. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was well kept and well equipped. It had everything we needed. The photos reflected the appearance. You were good to work with. The location was superb. Though we did not use the bike, we did use the bogie board. Very much appreciate the welcome packet. Thank you!

Can't Wait To Go Back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset. Check-in was easy, it looks just like the photos online, it was very clean, & has a million dollar view! Our bed was very comfortable, which isn't always the case at a rental, but we slept great every night. My only minor critique would be the small kitchen. We cooked a few nights & it was a tight squeeze. However, everything else was absolutely wonderful & would definitely not keep us from going back. We had 3 adults & 2 teenagers & everyone had plenty of space to be comfortable. We plan to book again next year!

Family Vaca

Very comfortable property. Well stocked snd great layout. Had both units with 18 people and had plenty of room. It would have been nice to have a garbage disposal on the sink. With teens cleaning up after meals the dink was a mess. We did have a visit in the yard from 2 rather large snakes and several rats. But overall was a great week.

Wonderful house and owner!

My husband and I brought our 2 kids(ages 12 & 11) and we stayed on one side of the house, while 2 other couples stayed on the other side of the house. The kitchen, living and dining room were in the middle. Great deck to relax on and watch the sun rise. The common area under the unit was a nice place to relax out of the sun. We were near some turtle nests and some people in our party got to see 2 baby turtles make their way to the ocean. We really liked the key pad entry so you don't have to worry about keeping up with keys. The Oak Island lighthouse is only about a 35 minute drive, but you must make reservations online at least 2 weeks in advance. We absolutely LOVED this house. We would recommend you bring a teflon coated pan to cook eggs otherwise they stick to pan badly. The owner was very nice and accommodating, the unit was very clean and the beds were comfy! We would definitely recommend and will stay there again when we return!

Great beach house and location.

We so enjoyed our week at the beach. The house was clean and beach access was easy. I started each morning sitting on our shaded porch with my steaming cup of coffee, a beautiful view of the ocean, and watching the birds dive bomb for fish. Everyone was able to go back and forth from the house to the beach with no worries. The house was the typical older beach house, which is just what I wanted. I sure didn’t want to spend my family vacation worrying myself sick about the kids tracking in a little sand. My only complaint, which is all my fault, was this was an upstairs/downstairs rental. I really didn’t think this was a deal breaker, but the folks over us had a couple of young boys. Early in the morning and later at night the running and jumping from overhead was a little irritating. Children are children, and it was there vacation too. Next year I hope to find a house like this one, but for a single family. Overall this was a wonderful vacation.

Great Property and Location

This was our second visit to this property. We love the location and the house is clean and stocked for a perfect vacation. The owner is responsive and great to work with from booking to departure. We are hoping to visit again very soon.

Beautiful and clean ocean front house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! It was clean and the owner is very nice. It was so nice to have views of the ocean from the house and to walk out onto beach anytime. We would definitely rent this again!
