We require a full guest agreement signed and credit card on file before stay(just like hotel) Agreement and required items need to be in place to gain access. Please be sure to look at our House Rules which includes signing the required municipal agreement for stay to gain access. This includes basic rules like occupancy, trash, noise parking etc. as required by our local government.

Events, photography or special items may require additional fees and agreements with insurance requirements

Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds, payments or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We have a municipal agreement which will be shared within the month of stay. Agreement includes no damage, unauthorized parties, occupancy, trash, parking policies.

Just like a hotel, we require a credit card and ID on file for incidentals. We also will require a deposit for events.

Pets must be approved but we are pet friendly and you must agree to be solely responsible for all pet damage, control, waste. Barkers should be left in the laundry room area to avoid neighborhood disturbance.
