We loved our time here! It was the perfect place for a mother/daughter get away! The location is perfect! We never had to get in the car until the day we left!

Great stay at seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Best Little Cottage in Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect size for me and my dog Flora ( service dog) decor was perfect for a Seaside cottage... clean... bed was comfy ... shower was great ... upstairs the small kitchen nice and clean ( could use more pans with lids and utensils... sharp knives The tv area with a small balcony , a small table and chairs along with a nice couch and chair this entire area was nice and clean the cottage appears to have been recently painted I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family

Awesome host, great communication, even came by to check to make sure everything was good. Host also provided a bottle of wine and beach bag with towels for us to keep.

Perfect cottage!

It’s newly updated, has lots of storage for a small cottage, and very comfortable. We will stay in it again. The Homeowners Collection staff is always great to work with.

Perfect location! Excellent communication from host. Home was just as described. The host went above and beyond to welcome us with clear instructions prior to arrival and timely reminder texts. It was stocked with provisions of seaside toiletries and basic kitchen necessities which were perfect for our three night stay. We loved the thoughtfulness that went into an amazing welcome package of a cooler bag, beach towels, wine (and bottle opener!), coffee, and local information. This was the perfect home for our short vacation. We will definitely plan to stay longer when we come back!

Cozy and Complete Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage has it all and everything in between. Perfecctly located, so it's close enough to town square, but far enough away that you aren't in the middle of the business. I gave it 5 starts for cleanliness and I am an OCD clean and organized person. There are beach chairs in the washer/dryer closet space. Do not rent the private beach chairs. They are extremely uncomfortable. We packed our own beach umbrella and used the chairs in the house. The house does not have an umbrella. Tons of storage for clothes and stuff. Bed was comfy. Air conditioner works great! Extra blankets, pillows, whatever you need, it is there. Loved having access to the workout center. That was a bonus! We used the outdoor shower and faucet everyday. The cottage is perfect for 1 couple. Thank you for thinking of all the details that make a difference. We will be back.
