Discover this brilliant 4-bedroom chalet in Brandon. This tremendous property boasts 3 queen beds and 1 king bed, perfect for a cozy retreat. With heating, AC, an iron, and a hair dryer, guests will have everything they need. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer and shower. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. The property have attached a mother in law apartment connected trough the laundry room ,where i live with my husband and my 4 chihuahuas . The house is complete private and fence . Park anywhere in the yard and let the drive way free you will find a white Cadillac always park in the driveway . It’s not a share property , it’s the full house 4 bedroom ,two bathroom with a private an independent apartment . I will be always to the disposition of my guests .

There was absolutely no amenities like toilet paper, paper towels or even any hand soap for the bathrooms. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and on the walls of one of the bathrooms. It was not listed clearly that the owners would be staying ON PROPERTY. They were staying in a garage area that is separated by a door that thankfully locked from our side. The owner was communicative but he was around way too much. He kept knocking on our door to give us things like trash bags but it was annoying and weird. There was also a pigeon (I repeat, PIGEON) coop next door. And all of the pigeons kept flying into the backyard it was weird. Things were also just falling apart in general

Had a great stay betsy and her husband we’re great host to work with let us have a party and a live DJ we had multiple friends there to enjoy the beautiful house big yard wonderful pool definitely recommend this listing and will be doing it again in the future

Host was great with communication as we had trouble locking front door! Unfortunately the person who lives next door smokes a lot of marijuana so this property reeks of that, there’s an access door in kitchen that hosts can come thru if needed, which was little odd & beds don’t have mattress pad protection so when you strip beds of bedding, mattresses are VERY stained(kinda gross)! Was very clean otherwise and again host was very easy to communicate with!

The house has a lot of potential. My wife tried to contact the owner she never responded. The front door lock did not work. There was no lock on the sliding glass door for the master bedroom. Pool was dirty, the matresses need to be replaces. They were dirty when we stripped the beds the front window was a piece of plywood. There was a hole in one of the closets. There was a broken beer bottle in the freezer outside. Some other things.. I hope they fix these issues.

We recently stayed at this property and want to share honest feedback for future guests and the owner.The home has potential and the yard setup is nice. We appreciated that it is pet-friendly and want to note there are two small dogs on the property. One of the owners was helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out, and we were grateful for the quick assistance.However, several issues impacted our stay. Upon arrival, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. Cleanliness was a concern throughout the home, particularly the refrigerators, which needed significant cleaning. When stripping the beds at checkout, we noticed stains on the pillows and mattress, which was disappointing.There were also maintenance issues, including non-working remote-controlled fans and lights, visible damage and holes behind doors, and a moldy bathroom vent. The listing photos appear outdated and do not reflect the home’s current condition.The listing did not mention that part of the house would be in use. There is also a hidden door behind the kitchen wall accessible only from the owner’s side. Along with the master bedroom’s sliding glass door lacking a lock, this raised security concerns.We reached out about an incorrect WiFi password on day one and did not receive a response. Ultimately, we checked out a day early. With deeper cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

Upon arriving at the house, we noticed several things not true to the description of the listing. There is no use of a washer and dryer on this property. The stove had oven cleaner in it, and Betsy never responded to cleaning it. There were no gloves or rags to clean it yourself. There were no rags hand towels, potholders, the pots and pans are scratched teflon that are in major need of replacement. Betsy did drop off rags to bathe with,a kitchen towel, potholders and two kitchen rags at the door.The grill was unusable the sliding glass door leading to the master bedroom exterior door had no lock on it. Major security breach when flying in from out of town and you don’t know the neighborhood. No fire extinguisher nor smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. There was a hidden door in the kitchen, and someone was living on the other side of it. There is a person that shares the other side of this house, which is not in the listing. We felt very unsafe in our stay. The house has a lot of potential. For some reason Vrbo does not inspect these listings to prove they are what they say they are. Needless to say we blocked the hidden door and the exterior door in the master bedroom… still didn’t feel safe, but it helped. I definitely would not stay at this house again. Hopefully Vrbo will take the listing down and thoroughly inspect before it is relisted. I had to call Verbo at least three different times during our stay because Betsy would not respond to any of the issues.

We bought this property in 2021 was our first house after enjoying enough time for ourselves and families and friends and everyone like it so much for having the perfect spaces to bring the whole families for vacations and celebration and having good experienced in the differents areas of the property . Big back yard with enormous pool its just perfect .
