Pet friendly apartment steps from downtown Winooski
Built in the 1899, this centrally located triplex has the old feel charm with some nice improvements. We have curated the space to feel warm and inviting, so that you can enjoy your weekend or a longer stay. Local VT art, historic maps and guides; all play tribute to Winooski and VT. We've provided warm lighting, brand new memory foam mattress with super soft bedding, and a bedside wireless phone charger, so you can unpack and unwind. The bedroom offers a queen bed and dresser, and lots of additional closet space, and blackout curtains. The living area has a cozy couch, accompanied by a Smart TV with streaming services, fun reads to pick through as you sit back and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven ect (all new appliances). We also offer complimentary coffee and tea. The unit also has salt/pepper and olive oil. There is a big kitchen pantry that you can unpack your groceries in and hang your coats. You can also lock your bikes up on the private patio out the front door.
We also offer a kids high-chair and Pack N Play. We know traveling with little ones can be a little more work, so please enjoy those amenities. We do ask you to provide your own pack N play sheet.
5-10 min walk to the Winooski circle, 5 min drive to the heart of Burlington, the bike path and great restaurants. Whether you're visiting the town for a summer vacation, hitting the ski slopes or enjoying the autumn leaves, this family-friendly and centrally located apartment is the place for you. Note traffic can be busy on E Spring due to central location. *Note: Low ceiling height: 6'2. AC Unit installed for the summer months (June-September).
Due to our location being centrally located to downtown Winooski, E Spring Street can be busy with traffic and cause some additional noise. The city of Winooski is also 10 min from the BTV airport, so you do hear planes overhead occasionally.
We really hope you enjoy the space and have the best time exploring Winooski and greater Burlington.

I chose Winooski for it's small town feel, proximity to both Lake Champlain, downtown Burlington, and an international airport. It's the perfect mix of knowing your neighbors, 30 minutes to the mountain, or a quick escape to Europe.

It's location, cleanliness, and styling. I've tried to make it as close to a boutique hotel, with it's clean white linens, comfy beds, and coffee bar, but also have the historic feel or an old 1920's home in Vermont.
