The beach and bike paths are a short walk from your door, as is Kiawah Island’s Turtle Point Golf Course.



LIVING AREA



Find new furniture and updated decor in the welcoming living room, which features a sleeper sofa and love seat. Fix a refreshing beverage at the posh wet bar, then settle in for movie night on the 65” flat-screen TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



Plenty of counter space makes meal preparation simple. Whip up delicious recipes with an array of helpful gadgets.

The villa accommodates up to six guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Cleanliness: Overall it was clean and ready for us with a couple of exceptions. There was a plastic cutting mat left in the sink, water left in the coffee maker reservoir, and a water pitcher of water left in the refrigerator. There was a little cap under the master bath vanity so not sure how thoroughly it had been cleaned under there. Not sure how long since previous renters had been there but I cleaned these things up. Repair needed: The valve set on the master bath shower is very stiff and hard to turn to adjust water temp. One of us nearly got scalded with hot water trying to wrestle with this valve. It needs to be replaced.We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful condo

The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and super quiet. We especially enjoyed the screened porch overlooking the lagoon. The beach was beautiful and only a short pleasant walk from the condo.

Condo was nice and had been updated. The condos are older units but this had been brought up to date. The HOA could spend some money on the exterior like the owner had to the inside and the overall feel would only be that much better. I hope to use it again and highly reccomend the condo. Very close to all the golf courses as well as the Sanctuary.

Great location, comfortable

This was a great condo to stay in. Great location! We loved watching 2 alligators sunning on the grass most days and there were lots of birds around in the lagoon. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Some screens were loose on bottom in screened in porch which might be a problem during a buggy time of year. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the property! Only dings are that the stove top didn't work during our stay and the walk to the beach was a little longer than expected. Overall, it was wonderful!

The location is great and the patio overlooking the pond is nice and peaceful. The condo itself though leaves much to be desired - it feels like the property is managed poorly (the dryer took a couple of rounds to dry anything so provably needs a dryer vent clean out, the dryer closet door kept coming off the rail, limited Tv options, and not very well stocked). The updates they made feel like they were done without renters in mind (no pantry for your groceries, you get wet turning on the shower, and the furniture is just not very comfortable. This is not just not the same quality as other condos in Kiawah.

This was a great space to stay as a family of 5. We enjoyed the quick access to the playground, trails, quiet night vibes, calm mornings next to the ponds, and easy use of the parking lot. The home itself was very clean and easy to find what we needed to prepare meals and clean. Our kids enjoyed sitting & watching the alligators/birds/wildlife in the pond from the screened-in porch. We loved the ability to quickly travel to the parks, cafe, Sanctuary, and all of the excellent dining options on Kiawah. The beach was super close as well. Highly recommend checking out Freshfields as well for all of your grocery, sundry, and setup needs. We hope to return soon!

Not a good experience!

We had a terrible time due to many Palmetto bugs. They were even in our shoes! Also we had to make many inquries to get a code for our entry access. Would not stay there again!

Bad check in information

Vacasa check information was completly wrong. Door code was wrong and WiFi password was wrong. Took multiple phone calls and texts to get the correct information. Not a good experience.

Disappointed with the age and wear and tear. We thought it was updated.The shower faucets were sub par with one of them very difficult to turn and coming loose from the tile.The screened patio needs an update!But we enjoyed our stay anyway.
