A private boardwalk leads straight from the backyard to the beach, so you can catch a sunrise over the water, spend your days in the surf, and come back to a space that feels like home. With downtown Cocoa Beach just a short walk away and the ocean visible from inside, the hardest decision you'll make here is whether to start your morning on the beach or on the patio.

 

Living space

The home is laid out in a single-level, open-plan design that keeps things easy and connected. Large windows bring in natural light and frame ocean views from the living and dining area. A ceiling fan keeps things comfortable, and the space flows naturally between relaxing and gathering - whether you're watching the surf from the couch or sitting down to a meal together.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms come with private ensuite bathrooms, offering added comfort and privacy for families or multiple couples traveling together. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table rounds out the space for sit-down meals together.

 

Bathrooms

All three bathrooms are well-appointed with hot water, a bathtub (in at least one), hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products provided.

 

Outdoor & beach access

The fenced backyard is your private escape - furnished for lounging, equipped with a BBQ grill, and connected to the boardwalk that leads directly to the sand. Beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are on-site so you can head straight to the water without any extra planning.

At 141 S Atlantic Ave, you're positioned right on the oceanfront and within easy walking distance of downtown Cocoa Beach. Local favorites like Coconuts on the Beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier are nearby, along with surf shops, beachside cafés, and a full stretch of walkable coastal charm.

The home includes free on-premises garage parking, a washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, self check-in via smart lock, and single-level access with no stairs. A crib and pack 'n play are available for families traveling with young children. Long-term stays are welcome.

There’s parking available at the property, plus easy access to A1A if you’re heading to Port Canaveral, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, or Kennedy Space Center.
