The neighborhood has a lively, coastal vibe with plenty of sunshine, surf culture, and walkable charm.



Getting Around:

This prime location makes it easy to explore on foot or by bike. Downtown Cocoa Beach’s restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away, and you’ll find Uber and Lyft readily available for longer trips. There’s parking available at the property, plus easy access to A1A if you’re heading to Port Canaveral, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, or Kennedy Space Center.
