And the cozy living room offers a Murphy bed (Queen), perfect for extra guests. Located on the top floor of a 7-story resort, Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club, there are 2 heated pools, fitness center, 3 lighted har-tru tennis courts, marina, paved walkway along waterway with benches & gazebo, kayak launch & storage, bike storage, gas grills and outdoor dining tables. This condo comes with 1 assigned covered parking spot. Cable TV's in bedroom and living room. Wireless internet, and a dedicated workspace with desk (in bedroom). Full bathroom has plenty of fresh towels, soaps, shampoo, shelves, vanity cabinet, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
Kitchen has water views too, and has all the modern conveniences for making gourmet meals. Cuisinart. Keurig and French Press coffee makers, tea kettle, cooking knives and more.
