Finca Irina is located between Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç, a picturesque coastal town with two sandy beaches and beautiful bays. The crystal-clear water is a paradise for divers and snorkelling fans. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available directly in the village, as well as several restaurants.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is around 6 kilometres away and has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The area around Sant Vicenç and Pollensa with its challenging mountain routes is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Finca Irina is a beautiful, spacious holiday home for a family holiday. The living area is open-plan and has a cosy sofa area with a wood-burning stove, a large dining table and an open, functionally equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other four bedrooms are located on the upper floor and share two full family bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have their own terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms have air conditioning with fixed operating times (approx. 8-10 hours a day).

Finca Irina has a beautiful outdoor area with several terraces and a large pool. There is a covered dining terrace right next to the house with a view of the pool. There is also a brick BBQ grill. The large pool has access via a Roman staircase and is surrounded by a lawn and a paved terrace. The garden is surrounded on three sides by hedges and trees and is complemented by a raised, furnished chill-out and sun terrace. There is a pool table, table tennis table and parking facilities on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
