* Bedroom #1: Your private haven with a queen bed, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and nightstand lamps. This room also boasts a window AC unit and a wall-mounted TV for added comfort.
* Bedroom #2: Another thoughtfully designed room featuring a queen bed, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and a full-length mirror. Enjoy the convenience of a nightstand with lamps, a wall-mounted TV, and a window AC unit.
* Kitchen & Dining Combo: A fully stocked, eat-in kitchen awaits you. Gather around the dining table that seats 5-6. The kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator, a full-size dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine with a dedicated coffee bar area. Equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal!
* Bathroom: A bright four-piece bathroom with a window for natural ventilation completes the space.
* Parking: Conveniently Park one car at the back of the building (right side). Free street parking is also available for visitors or additional vehicles.
* Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Available for stays over 7 days.
* Neighborhood Highlights: Enjoy Dobson-Brummel Park right outside your back door! Perfect for families, it features a playground with swings, slides, and even a water fountain. Take advantage of this highly walkable neighborhood located in the heart of Evanston. Youll be moments away from shopping, public transit, restaurants, entertainment, 5 public beaches/parks and Northwestern University.
* Garbage Pickup: Mondays unless there is a holiday.

* No Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, e-cigarettes) is allowed in the building or within 50 feet of the building
* No Parties or Events
* No Pets unless pre-approved
* Maximum 5 guests
* Quiet Hours 10pm-8am
***We will provide starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, cleaning products, and coffee. Any additional items needed beyond the initial provision are the guest's responsibility.***
Pet Rules:
1. Pet Approval: The host must pre-approve all pets. Include pet breed, size, and number of pets in your request.
2. Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee is required for each pet to cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs.
3. Vaccinations: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of fleas, ticks, and other pests.
4. Furniture: Pets are not allowed on the furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your pet bedding.
5. Cleaning: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, inside the property and in any outdoor areas. Please make sure to dispose of waste properly in the designated bins.
6. Noise: Ensure your pet does not create excessive noise that may disturb neighbors.
7. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Any damage that happens to be reported immediately and repair costs will be charged accordingly.
8. Outdoor Areas: Pets must be on a leash when outside in common areas. Please don't allow pets to roam freely or disturb other guests.
9. Bathing: Do not bathe pets in bathtubs, showers or sinks.
