Acerca de esta casa: la casa estilo cabaña de dos pisos, 3 habitaciones y 2 baños se encuentra en una comunidad agradable y tranquila, ¡solo un paseo en bicicleta a la playa! Excelente área para niños !!! El desarrollo está a lo largo del canal Assawoman con acceso directo y una rampa para botes. ¡Pescado y cangrejo en las bahías norte y sur! ¡La unidad incluye 8 bicicletas y 4 kayaks!
El dormitorio principal está en el primer nivel, así como la cocina comedor y la sala de estar abierta. Subiendo las escaleras hay dos dormitorios adicionales grandes y un baño completo luminoso. Esta es una unidad final con una gran cubierta sombreada y mucha privacidad.

Incluye el uso de 8 bicicletas, 2 kayaks, sillas de playa, juguetes de playa.

Great house, amenities and location! The house was exactly as described and perfect for a beach vacation. Plenty of room and very clean in a quiet community. Bethany Boardwalk and beach were a short (5 min) drive away. Bikes were enjoyed by kids and adults - thank you for the wonderful stay!

Nice vacation home

The property had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The owners reached out on check-in day to make sure everything was acceptable, then again on the day of check-out to make sure we had a great stay. No complaints at all from us regarding this property or the owners! Thank you!

Amazing stay

I love everything about this place. The location, the decor, the amenities...Definitely great for family and friends. We love having bikes and beach equipment available for us. It is such a lovely touch. The only thing I noticed is the house moves a little bit since it is a stilt house. I am not used to it and thought there is an earthquake, haha. Otherwise, we have all amazing things to say, and the owner of the house is awesome and very helpful.

We rented this lovely home for a wedding week end and stayed for a whole week!! The house was immaculate , equipped very well and included toiletries, cleaning supplies and other items (linens, towels) not typically included in other beach rentals. LOVED the bikes, neighborhood was quiet and provided shade during the warmest part of the day. To be redundant, Dave, the owner, was responsive, always available and extremely helpful

Wonderful

There was a problem with the air conditioning. I contacted the owner and he handled it immediately! That was more impressive since he was in France! The place was clean, quiet and close enough to everything to be fun and away enough to be relaxing!

Beach stay with the masses.

The house was clean and quiet. The bikes were rusted beyond use and the kayaks were full of spiders, mosquitoes and not near the water. So we were unable to use either.

Clean and comfortable

This was our first time at Bethany Beach and overall this property made for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and we made use of the deck and grill daily. It was also convenient to have use of bikes and kayaks. We only biked the small development which sits off a busier road with no bike lane. The walk to the beach was too far for use so we drove most days. Thanks for a great stay Dave!

Thanks for staying. Actually, there is a bike lane along the road to the beach. Biking is very popular there and speed limits are low and strictly enforced.

Great location, good for large families

We loved our stay! Six minute drive to Bethany Beach Boardwalk, we made good use of the provided beach chairs. Also had fun kayaking in the nearby canal. Friendly, quiet neighborhood with some good places to walk dogs. One note - the front door doesn’t lock from the inside. We have little ones so we blocked them from opening the door by dragging a chair over to it. We didn’t take the trolley but there was a stop in the next neighborhood over. Lots of bikes included, so this would also be great for a group of friends in their 30s who are want to be close to the beach but don’t want to be around loud parties.

We loved this house and it's location. We have stayed at several Home Away homes and I have to say the owners of this house were just amazing. The owners checked in with us through out our stay just to see if we needed anything. There were a few extremely minor issues that were promptly resolved no matter the hour of the day. The house was well stocked and the bikes, chairs and kayaks the owners supplied were fantastic. It was a 10-15 minute bike ride to Bethany Beach or a quick ride in the car. We ended up driving to Fenwick State park several times because of the great facilities, life guards and great waves! We really enjoyed kayaking the canal and seeing the jellyfish and crabs while we paddling along. We will definitely be back to this house
