This is a direct Gulf Front condo that is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. It sleeps a total of 6 people with the ideal bedding! The master bedroom has a King with its own ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. The living room and master bedroom both have slider door access to your private balcony. Watch amazing sunsets each evening as you lounge on the balcony, pool deck, or beach. The convenience of a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit is something to treasure as well. The condo has two assigned undercover parking spaces that accommodate compact or mid-size vehicles only (no recreational vehicles including motorcycles), and a community gas grill and pool on the property. Beautiful sand dunes add to the privacy of the property and a path to the Gulf of Mexico, directly in front of your condo. Over-height vehicles can be accommodated 2 blocks away. The height of the garage is 6' 10". Sun and Sea is a non-smoking building and property in its entirety.
