This is a beautiful property. My family and I really enjoyed staying here and we are planning a return trip for next year.The condo was really clean and in great condition. The beach is beautiful and just a few steps from the balcony.I highly recommend this property.

Private Beach with Amazing View, Spotless & Great Communication!

My family and I absolutely loved this oceanfront condo. The private beach access was definitely one of our favorite parts, and we loved being able to step outside and enjoy the views, sunsets, and easy beach days. Having private beach service was amazing. The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meals, and the layout worked great for our group. Beach Luxury Vacations was wonderful and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this condo to family and friends. It was the perfect beach getaway.

5 Star Stay!

This beachfront condo is phenomenal. It offers private beach service, breathtaking ocean views, and is exactly as described. We even had access to a garage for one of our vehicles, which was such a nice bonus. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I honestly believe this is one of the best vacation locations on all of 30A. Check-in was easy, and management was very helpful throughout our stay. Next time, we will definitely call in advance to book a private beach bonfire. They looked amazing. I highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic week with our teenage kids! Had several beach items available so we didn’t have to buy any. Having the 2 chairs with umbrella available daily was fantastic! We did rent a couple more chairs a few of the days. The kitchen was well stocked. Do need to get coffee filters, some TP, paper towels, spices, S&P, zip locks. One of the showers had a draining issues and would back up with sand (wasn’t ours) when the washer would run - contacted the owner and they immediately had someone look at it and fix it. Great communication. The house & location was perfect for us! We LOVE 30A and loved how this offered a slightly more private feel right on the beach. Wasn’t a fan of our upstairs neighbors as they were LOUD!!! Beds are comfy. Would have loved a larger TV in the master to watch at night. LOVED having the bath tub in the master, as I love my evening baths. Would definitely stay here again. Price was a little salty but everything is nowadays. We started coming to Seagrove in 2013 - it was a quiet slice of heaven then….as the years have progressed it has gone up just like everything else.

Wonderful trip. Loved walking right out onto the sand and the large deck overlooking the ocean. Beautifully updated. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The condo was clean and comfy. Right on the beach. It was our second stay at that particular condo and we expect to go back again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Property is exactly as described. We had a wonderful time and love everything about this unit at Sugar Dunes. The private beach is incredible and wasn’t crowded.

Great end of summer vacation

Property was extremely nice, convenient to all local restaurants and retail. Lovely beach. Only downside was the noise from people above was very loud in condo especially at night.

Amazing view of the gulf!

The location of this property is perfect for getting to and from anywhere on 30A and is literally right on the beach. You cannot beat the views of the gulf from the living area, master suite and private back porch. It is an older property but has been well updated and furnished. We would stay here again.

The Perfect Ocean View

This was the perfect place for our family! We had plenty of room for everyone! The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great! A very well stocked kitchen and a cozy living room area with that fireplace was the topper! The location was close to our favorite restaurant The Old Florida Fish House! We will be back it was so nice!!

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing vacation at this new property recently taken over by Beach Luxury Vacations. We have stayed with this management company before, and this new condo did not disappoint. The panoramic ocean views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas were absolutely stunning, and the master bedroom also offered beautiful ocean views with direct balcony access. The garden soaking tub in the master was a huge hit after long days at the beach, and my wife especially loved the eclectic custom design details throughout the home, including the fireplace and the intricate whitewashed wood ceilings. The private beach and private beach access made the experience even more exceptional, and the included beach chair service truly took it over the top. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day was such a luxury. We never wanted to leave. Thank you to BLV for suggesting this amazing condo.

We’ll be back!

Our Santa Rosa vacation was perfect! This condo was beautifully remodeled and so comfortable. We loved the spacious primary bedroom en-suite and the two other ensuites were a good size too.The kitchen truly was fully stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone .

Perfection!

We absolutely loved the property. Everything about reserving, checking in and leaving was so easy. The property is as beautiful as it appears on the listing. It is very spacious, well stocked, and right on the beach. It was such easy access, getting down for spending our day, enjoying the sunshine and waves. Rarely is a property going to exceeded my expectations, but this one did.

Better Than Expected

Honestly had no idea what to expect with the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms because there were no photos in the listing, but overall everything was very nice and appeared updated in the last several years. The incredible views from the living area and balcony with the beach just a few steps away alone makes this property totally worth.

Wonderful vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely and well appointed condo right on the gulf. We enjoyed our visit. There was an issue with a broken pipe in the building, not the condo, and the management company was informed and it was taken care of within a few hours.Would highly recommend this unit and the management company!
