As you walk into this unit and out the glass doors of your private coastline balcony the sea will leave you mesmerized. Located just steps from the beach with its sugary white beaches this professionally decorated condominium with warm colors is the best of the best, and offers a peaceful getaway. This one bedroom with King Bed and full bath is perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary. It does have a fully equipped kitchen and TV with DVD player. Come to relax, recharge and enjoy this great unit. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property.

Love that this was right on the beach and close to everything we needed. Full kitchen made it easy to have everything on hand for days or relaxation.

A Great Place to relax

Property up to daye and nice size and 3 different views with the way our windows were so we had ocean view, santavroda bay view and Brooks bridge.....parking was a nice perk in a parking garage....would love to come back to this very location. FT WALTON BEACH....is a wonderfully safe area and so not crowded

First beach trip with our 2 year old

This is my third time staying at waters edge and first time bringing our 2 year old. Easy access to the beach and our 2 year old loved the beach. Easy check in/check out process. We loved it.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a few issues with the wifi and the main TV in the living area...but other than that, it was a very nice stay. The private beach was amazing, we also enjoyed the very large pool.

Everything was so organized and clean , if you ever need anything they would be available & make things easy . It’s a great place to stay at the view is nice from the balcony and has access to everything . I’ll hope to come again & thank you for the wonderful service .

Comfortable, convienient and felt like home

My husband and I would stay here again! We found the balcony to be private and the kitchen to have all we needed. One surprise was the daily beach chair and umbrella set up at no cost. The ocean front pools were large and the charcoal grills were in great condition. We utilize the wifi and it was dependable. Nice unit and property overall.

Beautiful. Close to the beach 300 ft or less.

Overall the property was nice. It could use a good cleaning but it was close to the beach and the area was desireable. We had trial size shampoo and conditioner, soaps, and detergent which was very convenient. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were great.

Perfect Beach Lover's Retreat!

I booked this unit based on all the great reviews and it was perfect for my solo, mini-vacation. The unit is spacious for one or two people and is on the corner, so it's extremely quiet. The property is very well maintained and the management company (Vacasa) regularly checked-in with me to ensure I was enjoying my stay. I loved the daily beach service that was included with my rental (two beach chairs and an umbrella). The location of this condo is perfect and is a short drive from a grocery store and restaurants. And of course, the beach is magnificent! I would definitely rent this unit again.

Excellent Place

We absolutely loved staying at Waters Edge. Our condo was so clean when we arrived. The location is perfect and the walk to the beach was short. The pool was beautiful and clean. The only downfall was the pull out couch bed. My kids could feel every spring in the bed, so we put the mattress from the couch bed on the floor and they slept better that way. Everything else was great tho! The location of the condo felt very private and the view was beautiful! Would stay here again for sure!
