Condominio frente al mar de 1 dormitorio con amplia cocina y pisos de cerámica, con vista al azul Pacífico en Kahana. Entretenerse con el soporte para iPhone, TV de 42 ", y Wi-Fi gratuita, mientras disfruta de las vistas del atardecer y la noche comedor terraza. Cal condominio cuenta con cama de matrimonio + sofá cama Queen (nuevos a partir de agosto '14). Este complejo de vacaciones en Maui se encuentra a sólo siete millas al norte de la antigua capital de la caza de ballenas de Lahaina en el oeste de Maui. Ubicado en la tranquila y pintoresca Kahana, podrá relajarse mientras nada en el cálido océano y disfrutar de las coloridas vistas al atardecer. Disfrutar de la comodidad de la parrilla junto a la piscina patio y comodidad de caminar a restaurantes, tiendas, actividades y alquiler de playa en el cercano Kahana Gateway Center. El acceso a los campos de golf estreno de Kapalua y Kaanapali son sólo unos minutos, mientras que el buceo de clase mundial es justo fuera de su puerta. VALLEY ISLE RESORT: Actualización del proyecto de edificio comercial del complejo a partir del 3/11/19:

La planificación para la reconstrucción del club de salud, la cochera de Porte, el vestíbulo y la pasarela hacia el edificio de gran altura está en marcha. Aquí hay una línea de tiempo estimada:
• Inicio de la construcción (fecha de inicio propuesta - pendiente del proceso de aprobación de permisos): 1 de agosto de 2019
• Fecha de finalización estimada de la construcción completa: finales de mayo de 2020

El acceso a la playa en el Valley Isle Resort puede cerrarse de vez en cuando debido a las condiciones del océano y del oleaje. Se han instalado bolsas de arena a lo largo de la costa.

The view is the best thing about this unit

The view is the best thing about this unit. This place is TIRED and needs some love. The location and the lanai was the main reason I stayed here but the inside of the unit needs help. The bathroom is old and gross. I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned up and it was ok but it was expensive for how run down the unit is

We have stayed at this complex a couple times. This is a nice unit. Could use a little love on the inside. Overall very nice. Complex is great Location is very good with Dollies Pub and store across the street. I’d stay in this unit again.

Wonderful views from the lani for morning coffee. And watching for that green flash at sunset. We watched the turtles cruise by in the morning. And we were even treated to a small white tip one morning, for just a few seconds , as it went on its morning rounds. Our last morning we watched a rainbow fade, brighten, grow from a half to full then double. It worked its magik for over an 1 hour and was amazing! A very lovely condo. But it would be a bit more welcoming with a few extra touches. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce. Perhaps some sugar packets for coffee or tea. In a welcome basket.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the condo is great. There could have been many little things that could have been done or provided that would have made things better. Aside from the items mentioned above, the condo could have been better outfitted - i.e. there was no salt or pepper. The paper towels and aluminum foil was probably the cheapest ever. Several frying pans were warped to the point they did not sit on stove properly. They only provided 2-3 dishwashing pods for a 10 day stay - we had to buy dishwashing detergent. They did not even provide regular dish soap (like Dawn, etc.). I would rather pay $10 extra each day and not have to worry about such things on vacation. This gave me the impression that the owner was looking to save nickels to make pennies....

Loved this property

The location, the view, and having a washer dryer in our unit big pluses. The latter was especially good because one day we had a torrential downpour, which caused water to come in by the bucketful into our unit from open hallways. The Valley Isle management refused any help not even a wet dry vacuum. Got a hold of Chase and Rainbows and we’re on agreement with me that this was the building’s responsibility, but had no clout with them. They did send over a bunch of towels a little late in the game, but at least we had them in case this happened again. Grateful the floors were tile. Kudos to the owner for having a very well appointed unit.

Wonderful Memories - Perfect Location

Evening dinner on the lanai provided magnificent skies with a new canvas each night. These are not to be forgotten memories . Kahana Bay has warm swimming, sandy beach and the opportunity to swim with turtles. A stay in 905 is worth repeating.

Nice view. Easy beach access. Lack of air conditioning was not a problem. There was no internet access for half the stay. This in and of itself would have been manageable with some assistance. However, we sent two messages to the property manager and got no response to either. As a result hours that were needing for working were lost. The lack of any response is not acceptable. I would not stay at this property again and encourage others to avoid it.

Arrived after 4:00pm, after making many calls, and no one picked up the phone, I was told I have to stay without TV for the 1st night and there were also some other issues; inappropriate inhospitality, and just forget about it...

Great location and amazing views!

This was our first trip to Maui and the condo at Valley Isle Resort was perfect for us. The view was incredible, it was so fun to see the turtles from the lani. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable but it did the job. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The pool and the grills were great. The bathroom could use a little TLC. A few items were missing from the starter pack but I contacted the property manager and they fixed it within 24 hours. Overall a great experience, we would definitely stay here again. We loved the location!

It will be perfect without roaches

We were pretty satisfied with the location and the apt. overall. We like the balcony view, big windows, nice kitchen, King size bed etc .. The only thing annoyed us was lots of roaches, kitchen, bathroom, drawers, even dishwasher. Bring good pest killer if you plan to stay here.

Avoid this Rental Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is good, but we had one issue after another with the rental company that manages this unit. First, I had an issue with them charging more than what was posted on VRBO. This was fixed after several calls and some major frustration. Then we show up and the unit is not cleaned, it's dirty. Then there's no tv remote and the wifi doesn't work. After (3) and several messages left and a full day passing, I finally get through to someone and they come over to fix it. It was frustrating dealing with this rental company.

Great views

The condo was in a great location. Check in process was easy and received code for the key the weekend before checking in. When we arrived, there was a pile of blanket left near the front of the door. Not sure why it was there but it didn’t bother us. The condo had everything we needed. It’s a very quite area and I would definitely stay here again.
