Tidewater 1809 es un condominio frente al golfo de 1Br / 2Bath ubicado en las playas de arena blanca de Panama City Beach. Este hermoso condominio cuenta con el dormitorio principal en el golfo con vistas de pared a pared de las brillantes aguas color esmeralda. Great place to stay in PCB

Great place to stay. Elevators were fine for us, they had attendants on each one during peak times. The room was spectacular, we will be back.

Location is good. Condo is large and can have long wait time on elevator. Room is okay - fridge is in odd spot and you can not open door all the way. Curtains on windows to balcony have mold.

Perfect location, loved the view from our balcony. The only thing I would suggest is that you have some cooking seasoning and coffee filters for the guest to use.

Condo staff extremely rude and wait for elevators excessive

From the moment we checked in, Samantha at the check in desk was rude, gave us no instructions, and in general made us feel unwelcome every time we walked by the desk thru our stay. When we checked out, I explained our wristbands were on the kitchen counter and our code to get in the condo to return them had expired. She gave us rude responses and nasty looks and said that was our problem and she would not help us get in our room and we would be charged for each wrist band. I tried to speak to another employee at the desk and Samantha pushed her out of the way and would not let me. The elevator wait time was unbelievable, sometimes over 20 minutes to get one and when the door opened, it was too full to get on. I would not stay at this property again unfortunately due to the staff and elevators. One day someone dropped a glass off a balcony which came within a couple feet of my daughter, she was hit but thankfully not cut. Two other times there were domestic disputes with police called. Definitely not a family atmosphere.

Needs updated

Tidewater is much too busy. The elevator situation is out of hand, expect to wait for 25 minutes for an elevator. This room needs some serious upgrades. I know people are hard on property so it’s hard to have nice things but some attention is needed. the couch is in horrid condition with multiple water rings. Truly too dirty for me to consider sitting on it. Thankfully we found a clean sheet in the closet and put it over the couch. Looks like chocolate milk has spilled down the curtains in the bedroom. The twin bunk beds creak with the slightest movement. Master bedroom door will not lock. We reported the leak from the washing machine but maintenance found an entirely different leak at the hot water heater and never addressed the washer leak. The washer leak has been going on for some time as the quarter round has disintegrated away from the wall at the tub. Kitchenette chairs are of cheap quality- be careful the legs are bowed in, looks as if the chair will collapse. I told my family not to sit in those as I didn’t want them to break on us. The one plus….The view was great, we were able to view the firework show from our balcony!

Great room

Room was very nice. The bedroom door was Kinda broke like some one pushed on it too hard and living room balcony lock was broke. Besides that the condo was really big and the view was incredible. I would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation to PCB

The condo was amazing and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It was very clean on arrival and there was no trouble with accessing the unit. The amenities are great. We loved the pools and the restaurant downstairs has great breakfast options. Food was great! The only issues we had for our entire stay was the elevators. It would take 30 minutes or more for an elevator to arrive and there is no walking up 18 flights of stairs. I really like Tidewater and would definitely stay at this condo again. I guess I’ll just have to deal with the elevators.

Nothing about this place was good!

Elevators were a nightmare. Check in and check out took forever due to elevators. Room was not clean. Best thing about this place is the staff is happy and helpful... Not the property management because we emailed and called and never heard back!

We love Tidewater Resort!

This is our second year staying at Tidewater and had another great family vacation experience. I had read previous reviews about cleanliness issues and issues opening the balcony doors. The unit was very clean when we arrived, I usually bring my own Bissell Crosswave to keep up with the floors while we stay and I highly recommend that. The balcony doors were harder to slide but did work and almost worked better for us with a toddler that didn’t have easy access to the balcony. Great elevator service and wait times this year. Overall I cannot say a thing negative and we will definitely be coming back!

Not impressed

The unit looked nicer in pictures online. There was not many dishes there for cooking and the place could have been cleaned better. Elevators at the condo were TERRIBLE! Took 15 min or longer sometimes to get on an elevator. Will not be staying here again. Sorry!

Unsatisfactory

This condo is not set up right . The refrigerator will not open but about half way because it’s to big. The oven drawer will not close because it catches on the plug in . Only had one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom for a stay of 7 days , we also had to clean the bathtub before we could use it.Was just not satisfied with the unit for the price. It was all I could do to open the sliding glass door to the outside balcony. And had 1 garbage bag also for the 7 night stay. And if you needed more you had to pay for it from the front office desk..

NOT CLEAN

Nothing was clean except the dishwasher. Lol. Feet turned black after 4 minutes, balcony door would not open, bathroom door was locked we had to use a BUTTER KNIFE ?? to open the door. The door handle FELL OFF THE OVEN, the tvs did not work because all the batteries were taken out of the remotes, the beds feel like CARDBOARD BED OF NAILS and the blankets were 2 sheets and a throw?? It was just the oddest thing. Elevators SUCKED, all of them. Garbage. I do not blame the property manager, i think they should sell this property and make their money elsewhere in a nicer, kept up, and cleaner condo. The check in people were all very welcoming and understanding. The room was just NOT IT YALL.

Because I chose to have a positive outlook on my family getaway, I will not allow the one major negative overshadow our trip. Pros: Condo is amazing. Pictures are exactly accurate. My kids loved the bunk area. And there's nothing more amazing than the view and being able to hear the sound of the crashing waves all day and night. The condo is within walking distance of small local eateries and stores. The resort itself is nice. Amenities like the arcade and the bar and grill help. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Cons: The biggest problem is the resorts elevators!!! OMG!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!! They broke down every day or had some issue. One day, during a storm, everyone was trying to get in the building from the beach, lines were wrapped around the building and the wait was not less that an 45 min- hour for most people to get on the elevator. The hassle of the elevator will kill this resort!! It would be a 4-5 star if not for this issue! I struggle with wanting to go back to this resort because of the elevator issue. If the issue were fixed, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in room 1809 again!!

Solo cosas buenas tengo que desir de este hermoso condominio ! Exelentes vistas al mar , impecablemente limpio! El personal muy amable y profesional tanto mi entrada como mi salida fue muy fácil y rápida . 10 estrellas para el Tidewater en general! Llevo 4 años seguidos hospedándome hay y por supuesto lo seguiré haciendo NOS VEMOS EL PRÓXIMO AÑO!! Gracias 🙏❤️

Elevator situation ugg

The condo was as advertised. The patio doors are heavy but slide easy, you’ll figure that out. Elevator situation can be a nightmare on prime time check in days and if a storm hits and everyone is trying to get back to the room. Remedy for us was walk up to floor 3 (if your coming in from beach with a crowd and a elevator line)and then catch one. If not you’ll likely be waiting for 30-60 minutes. We never waited longer than 10 minutes. Al in all great stay and great trip for trip number 10 to PCB

PCB Summer Vacation

The whole family really enjoyed our stay, from spacious condo, to the proximity to Pier Park & restaurants. Everything was perfect. We would recommend to anybody looking for a great vacation rental!

The condo #1809 was perfect. Very restful stay, bedroom has balcony also. Everything was very enjoyable. All employees at Tidewater were very friendly. Highly recommend to everyone.
