Hermosos apartamentos de dos habitaciones a pocos pasos de la playa.

Ubicada directamente al otro lado de la calle de las playas de arena blanca del Golfo de México, esta gran unidad de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y 2do piso ha sido recientemente renovada y decorada. Esta unidad llave en mano incluye una cocina totalmente equipada, barra de desayuno, área de comedor, una terraza con mosquitero y lavadora y secadora. Hay acceso inalámbrico a internet y un Smart TV de 42 pulgadas en la sala de estar. El sofá cama y el love seat en la sala de estar son completamente nuevos (2016), así como un nuevo juego de comedor (2015) y un armario para seis. La suite principal incluye una nueva cama queen size y escritorio (2017), amplio vestidor, baño privado completo y un televisor de 32 pulgadas. El segundo dormitorio tiene una nueva cama queen (2016) y una cama individual, un gran armario y TV de 32 pulgadas. Runaway Bay tiene la piscina climatizada más grande de la isla, un muelle de pesca con acceso a la bahía, sala de ejercicios y sauna, canchas de tenis y tejo iluminadas y parrillas de carbón. Disfrute de hermosas puestas de sol, excelentes restaurantes y zonas comerciales. Un tranvía gratuito puede llevarlo a cualquier parte de la isla Anna Maria. Golf, paseos en bote, pesca, ciclismo y natación son algunas de las comodidades que la vida de la isla tiene para ofrecer. ¡Un gran lugar para parejas y familias!

Our host was easy to communicate with and gave prompt responses. The location of the condo was great with easy access to the beach, trolley and shopping. The condo was clean, updated and well stocked with what you need for your stay. We would come back again.

This home was perfect! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a wagon. The home was probably in the best proximity to the pool, clubhouse, tennis and shuffleboard courts of any unit in Runway Bay. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Probably the best mattress I’ve slept on in any vacation home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

This unit was well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals . There was plenty of extra linens and blankets. The unit clothes washer and dryer was a plus. The location is very convenient to the beach. Only steps away.

Amazing Condo

This was an amazingly clean condo. Location was perfect. Close to pool and beach access. Also, took advantage of free Trolley which had a stop right outside the complex. Would definitely stay in again.

This could not of been a better place to stay. Nicely updated, clean, and awesome location! The complex was so clean and quiet. Our family enjoyed the pool, tennis courts & just few steps to the beach! Can’t wait for our next stay there!

Very nice place

Beautiful, up to date condo basically across street from beach. Everyone we met was nice and helpful. Clean and well furnished with plenty of beach supplies already there. I would like to thank the owners and Wagner reality for a great family vacation.

The best!

Everything about this condo was perfect! Even spoken by two 15 year olds! First time in AMI and staying here was so close to the beach and so many beach items to use, including a wagon and cooler! When we come back we will stay here again Thank you for allowing late check out today ☺️ Thank you so very much for being so accommodating!

Our second visit!

This was our second stay in this unit. We were hoping we would enjoy it as much as last year and we were not disappointed. The condo was spotless when we arrived and still had everything we needed for our family of four. For those that like to exercise, the gym was renovated since our last visit and the upgrade was great. This was a busy spring break week and the complex never felt crowded or loud. Overall, another wonderful stay!

Great Condo!

My boyfriend and i booked this condo for a graduation vacation and we loved it! The condo was clean and functional for all the cooking i did. We loved the location on the island, just a short bike ride from anything an we loved the community pool. The one thing we caution is the community wasn’t exactly super thrilled that people of our age (we’re 18) were renting. Overall, great vacation and we will be back to Anna Maria!

Wonderful Week!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was even nicer in person then the pictures showed. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Check in was so easy. The parking spot right outside the unit was very convenient as well. It was a super quick walk to a beautiful beach. We loved the screened lanai and all the beach equipment available to use. Having laundry in the unit was a huge plus. We can’t say enough how much we liked this condo!! We hope to visit again.

Great community and unit!

This was our first time staying at the Runaway Bay community. We loved the proximity to the beach and pool from this condo. It was a real bonus for the kids to fish at the pier on the bayside also. The condo is great- very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils you might need and I loved the kitchen faucet. The only room for improvement is the master bed, it was too firm for me. The host was thoughtful and provided several beach chairs, toys, and other fun stuff for our use.

Hurricane damage repair effected our review

Very nice condo in an excellent location. Unfortunately hurricane damage repair efforts were in full go. We understood that and fully enjoyed the condo, the beach, and the many restaurants which scrambled to get back in business. Roof repair noise got us up and out early a couple days. The pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and exercise room were unavailable during our stay this year but we have enjoyed them in previous stays. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with updated appliances.

Perfect Location!

We arrived with my family, check in process extremely easy. They called and checked on us the following day. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the beach, we could watch the sunset nightly. The amenities are great. The condo had many things to take to the beach. Only downfall which isn’t even huge, the master bed is stiffer than a board which made for a long week, and they didn’t supply simple things to refill especially for a week vacation like garbage bags and such. But again it wasn’t a negative just worth noting. Would 10/10 stay there again!

Perfect Vacation!!!

SUPER CLEAN, Convenient location, right across the road from the beach, and near the pool. It is an upstairs unit, so if stairs are a problem, id steer away because there isnt an elevator to use. The unit has all the things you will need for the beach including (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, floats, noodles, beach balls, cooler, mat and more.) The unit was spacious and fit all 6 of us comfortably… (2 adults & 4 kids) The ONLY cons I can think of are: We really wish the master bedroom had a King size bed, as thats what we are used to. It is also VERY firm, may be perfect for some, but was a little rough on us. The kitchen does not come equipped with any kinds of spices, salt/pepper or oils for cooking. Obviously not a deal breaker, but just be prepared to order that kind of stuff with your groceries if you plan on cooking! Overall, we would stay here again! We loved being able to come to a clean, safe unit and not have to lug all of our own home beach equipment on vacation, it made things so much easier for traveling! Wagner Realty and the unit owner were super easy to work with, get in touch with and made the whole process a breeze! Take the vacation…you wont regret it!

Clean and well appointed condo w/ easy private access to the beach

The condo was clean and the interior looked just as pictured. The beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, toys, cooler, and cart are a huge amenity. We enjoyed our week long vacation on the island.

Great condo!

The condo was very clean! It is located toward the front of the property and is close to the beach. We could just grab our beach gear and walk just across the street to the beach access. If you don’t have your own beach gear, there was plenty of that in the condo already, including a beach cart! The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. We had a great time. This is one of the cleanest condos we’ve stayed in. I would definitely reserve it again.

My New Home Away From Home

This was my third time staying at Runaway Bay and this was my favorite unit so far. It was upgraded and very nice and the HVAC worked as it supposed too even with the elevated temps during our stay. Couldn't be happier and will definitely stay at this unit again.

Fantastic location to beach

Perfect condo for small families. Terrific beach amenities (chairs, coolers, beach towels, umbrella, & cart). Adequately stocked clean kitchen, but could use a steamer pot with a basket to cook crab legs. Wonderful bath towels. Extremely luxurious sheets & comfortable king-sized bed.

The recent renovations were awesome and the condo had plenty of kitchen amenities, towels and beach stuff. The pool was great. Location was awesome and the free trolley made getting around to shops and restaurants very easy! Would definitely stay again!

This condo is a very short walk to the beautiful beach of AMI. The house was clean and the perfect size for my family. Modesto was extremely helpful with our check-in process! 10/10 would recommend

We both grew up in New Jersey and moved to Pennsylvania shortly after the birth of our son in 1992. My wife recently retired after 33 years and for the past 20 years, I have been the Executive Director of a private non-profit organization working with low income individuals and families. Our son recently graduated from Lafayette College and is employed full time.

We vacationed several times on Anna Maria Island and loved the beautiful beach, pristine gulf, and delicious restaurants right on the beach. We chose to purchase this unit at Runaway Bay because we stayed here ourselves and loved being close to the beach and away from the hustle bustle of other beach communities we have visited in the past.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We loved this condo because it is close to the beach, pool and tennis courts. The resort is well maintained and everyone we have met are extremely friendly and helpful. It's just a short distance to the supermarket, boutique shops, and restaurants, and if you don't have a vehicle, the free trolley can take you anywhere on the island.
