Nuevo en el mercado de alquiler! Casa bien mantenida de 4 recámaras en un lote de un cuarto de acre con pisos de madera noble en todas partes. Nuevas ventanas, nueva cocina y baño, carpintería recientemente renovada y amueblada. Todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, incluidos el lavavajillas Bosch, la lavadora y secadora de carga frontal Maytag. Nuevo para 2014, ducha exterior.
A 5 minutos a pie de las tiendas y restaurantes OOB, luego bajando la colina hasta el muelle y la playa.

Best Location!

This house is close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, the pier, everything. The outdoor seating area is amazing. We spent a lot of time outside at the house. Plenty of beach accessories provided by the homeowners. We had a great week!

amazing beach get away

quiet location but so close to the beach. well appointed kitchen. had all the beach gear we needed-beach carts, chairs, umbrellas. comfortable, clean, roomy home. owner very responsive to questions. would definitely stay again.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

First, Matthew is an amazing host! The vacation home has EVERYTHING you can possibly want! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Played multiple yard games on the lawn with my 2 year old granddaughter, we ate dinner and had drinks out on the deck with the lights on. The fireworks were at the end of the street along with all that OOB has to offer. Great location! I don’t want to say too much because the house is sure to get booked up quickly!! We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Matthew for sharing your lovely vacation rental with our family!!

Perfect vacation spot

This property had all that we needed to accomodate our large family vacation. The house was clean and well equiped. Great location only minutes to the beach, shopping and dining. Great yard and ample parking. Loved the large outside shower! Matthew was very friendly and helpful with all my inquries. I would recommend this property!!

La maison est tres bien situé a 8 min de marche de la plage et près de tout, boutiques, épicerie, bus, manèges...La.maison est grande et bien équipé, l'air climatisé fonctionne bien. Nous etions 10 et personne n'a manqué d'eau chaude. Dans le garage se trouve jeux , chaises, parasol, vélos etc. Le terrain est assez grand pour jouer au soccer! De plus , le soleil était au rv. Nous reviendrons. Merci

Great - Just as Advertised

Wonderful property. Well maintained. Great communication with the owner. We had plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 young children. All rooms seem a little bigger than the pictures show. AC in each bedroom and living room. Kitchen had everything you should need. Washer and dryer were newer and worked well. Nice outside shower. Good size deck. Extra beach gear in the garage.

Fantastic property, extremely clean and up to date. Has all the amenities you need

Property inside and out was very clean. Great place to stay, very close to the beach but just far enough away to have quiet nights. Great yard to play games in. 5 stars all the way. Already booked for next year. Matthew, the owner, answered every question we have within 10 minutes. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful stay in the OOB!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The communication was easy and the owner was extremely kind and responsive to any questions. He left a great book with tips for the area. The location of the house could not have been better. Quick walk to pier and beach, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Nice, peaceful outside deck area and the outdoor shower was a great added bonus. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had a variety of pots and pans if you decide to cook on vacation. We didn't have much time for games, but there were many in the house along with several beach chairs to use. Thanks again Matthew for allowing us to rent your home.

Great house!

We absolutely loved this house! It was spacious enough for our group of 9, and had everything we could need. It was very clean, and Matthew was very friendly, and a joy to deal with. You could walk right to downtown and the beach in a matter of minutes

Great Location!

Wonderful family vacation in OOB that’s been planned since 2019, great walking distance to downtown and the beach, clean house that has everything you need, beautiful yard for the kids to play, and close drive to lots of wonderful restaurants. Great rental experience! The owners were very quick to solve an issue that happened at the house, communicating with me the whole time.

2 couples and 2 young children - house was better than we expected. Setup was perfect, great outdoor setup including an outdoor shower - which is delightful to use even when raining!! short walk to beach & Pier highly recommended!!

Everything about this Home is Amazing!

Matt and Buzz (the owners) are so kind, friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful - so clean, tastefully decorated, hard wood floors throughout and tons of room (and 2 FULL bathrooms plus an awesome outdoor shower). There is a HUGE yard on the property, was so much fun playing football and wiffle ball out there. The garage is full of games and boogie boards and chairs for the beach. Gorgeous property. Half a mile walk onto the beach, past all the shops and rides. Just an incredible place to stay.

Beautiful home and perfect location

This house provided the perfect home base for our stay in Old Orchard Beach. It was clean and welcoming ; it’s close to the pier, beach and shops; it offered all of the amenities (including the BEST outdoor shower!); and the huge yard and deck provided lots of opportunity for outdoor play for the kids and was perfect for big family dinners. Matt was super responsive and really friendly. Thank you for a great week! We’ll definitely be back!

Great Property in OOB

Great Vacation Property to stay at, highly recommended. Porch area is awesome, that was the highlight of the house, we ate almost all of our meals out there. Good communication with the owner, all questions were answered ahead of our visit. I will likely stay again with my family in the upcoming years.

Great stay at Old Orchard Beach

This house was perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Lots of space in the downstairs. Loved the front porch. Ceiling fans and lots of windows to open kept the house cool and breezy. Upstairs the beds were clean and very comfortable. Back of the house, deck was my favorite. Walking to the beach was an easy 10 minutes to get there (an easy downhill walk). Beautiful yard and lots of games to play for the kids. No issues with WiFi. Neighborhood was a beautiful quiet street Thank you Matt for a great week at the beach!!
