El amor de este condominio es estar en el quinto piso escuchando el sonido de las olas con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren en dos habitaciones. San Carlos Condos está a poca distancia de todo lo necesario, Sea N Suds, Hang Out, Pink Pony, Waffle House, Pancake House, Surf N Style y mucho más. El condominio está completamente amueblado con 2 camas Queen y 1 cama King, 3 televisores. Cómodas en cada habitación para desempacar durante la semana o el mes. Loved the location

The property was amazing and the location was central to everything. We will be back. The beds did need updating, but they were very comfortable. My only complaint was the parking lot security. Robbie in particular was a nightmare.

The place was clean and exactly how it was advertised. One little thing we didn’t know was there was no extra toilet paper. Had to run to the store for that. Would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect For Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during our family vacation to Gulf Shores. It was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space was perfect for our family, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept getaway spot!

Family vacation

The location was great and in walking distance to some good restaurants. The place was very spacious. The only concern was the cleanliness. It seems the house keeper rushed to get the place ready. There was hair on the sheets as well as the shower which we had to clean ourselves, baby socks were left on the floor beside the bed, and food was left in the fridge from the previous stay which we threw out, However, we made the best of our time their by enjoying each others company.

Beach Trip With Friends

Our overall stay was fantastic!! The location was great, walking distance to everything. There was everything we needed in the condo. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for overall was the 2 queen size beds in the front 2 rooms were not comfortable at all. I think they need new mattresses. Also, the jacuzzi tub in the master did not work. We would definitely stay here again!

We will definitely be back to stay. Perfect location and super clean. Everything about that condo was above and beyond standard. Family that owns it completely the best to deal with. They go above and beyond.

Spring Break 2024

This was our first stay in a San Carlos condo. We have stayed in many other properties along the beach. We enjoyed the amenities provided. The cleaning crew missed a few things in the bathroom and two of the bedrooms, along with the floor under the tv armoire. Never the less, we hope to come back next year to the same unit! The pool was an advantage away from the wind; however, there needs to be more seating out of the wind facing the sun and water.

Great location and nice condo!

It was pretty decent. Needs a couple of fixes. Ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms is locked on the highest speed. And while the beds have a nice foam topper, the mattresses in the two smaller bedrooms were quite squeaky from any movement on the bed. Probably should be replaced. It would be really nice to have room darkening shades in all the bedrooms, and for the main room sliding door area.

Missing AC

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Our issue was the AC. At times we could not get it under 78 degrees. The host was as helpful as she could be on the 4th of July, as no one was available to come out. But this unit definitely has an AC issue. Our advice was to turn it off and reset after one hour. Hard to do this with a 5 year old and 3 year old. Even blowing 78 is better than nothing.

disappointed - Beware Seniors and those with short legs

Property location ideal. Close to everything. Very disappointed with this unit. Needs much TLC. Hard surfaces were clean but there was makeup on the comforter in one of the guest rooms, and mascara on the pillowcase and towel in the other guest room. The bed in one of the guest rooms was very noisy. Towels are old and need to be replaced. one of the towels in the master suite had a big blue streak on it like a tide pod had exploded. The bed in the master suite and one of the guest rooms had mattress toppers making them high off the floor and very difficult to climb into if you have short legs or are a senior. I have MS and my legs are weak so it was next to impossible for me to get into bed. Stool should be provided. Ended up taking the topper off. No bottom fitted sheet on the master bed. When we stripped the bed before leaving we discovered it wadded up and pushed down at the foot of the bed. The balcony furniture is not the same as is pictured in the ad. It's the high table and chairs which is good for seeing over the railing, but very difficult to get up on if you have short legs and very uncomfortable to sit in. Cushions very thin. Little couch and chairs are very low to the ground and hard to get out of. Also uncomfortable to sit in. Living room couch rolled to the middle no matter where you sat. Not happy we were asked to start 2 loads of laundry before we left since there was a cleaning service charge included in rental contract.

Spacious

Proximity of the building to beach was excellent. Room was spacious. A few upgrades and care for the unit would be helpful - better lighting in the living room for nighttime hanging out, replace the broken chairs on the balcony and better supply of necessities like having a back-up roll of toilet paper, etc. We went shopping for this stuff once we saw what was lacking, so no big deal, but it would probably enhance your guests' stay. And the throw blankets not being washed between stays made me not use them. The building was great and this unit would be too if the unit was a little better equipped.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Property was easy access to beach and town. Kellie replied back immediately to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this property and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
