We enjoyed the patio and the pool area and our location was excellent with a sliding door right outside the pool area and a view of the sunset. We needed sheets for the pull out couch and we received them in just over an hour.

The unit was clean and seemed to have a good supply of kitchen wear - except couldn't find an oven mitt . It was great to see beach chairs in the closet as well as other beach supplies . Unfortunately it was too cold and weather uncooperative for much beach activity . The pool and pool area were very nice . I liked having available laundry room close by . We enjoyed being near the pool and having a patio so we could sit outside . I would definitely consider renting this unit again !

Location cannot be beat. The unit is on the ground floor and faces the ocean. Steps from the parking lot, slider opens up to the pool area, and was only steps from Upham Beach and away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more touristy areas of St Pete's beach. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Pool area was spacious and clean. We loved the higher profile lounger chairs. They are a lot easier to get in and out of when they are not so low to the ground. The unit was updated and pleasant. Furniture and décor was spot on and in relaxing color palate. Linens and bedding were adorable. Beds were comfortable.

Location!!!

Great location!! Can’t beat how close to the beach and pool this property is. Bathroom is dated and the shower nozzle sprays everywhere. Doors and beds are very creaky, which can be problematic when trying to keep a baby or little ones asleep. The sleeper sofa mattress was stained and no linens were left for it, but since it was dirty we didn’t bother. The unit was clean when we arrived, but floors were gritty with sand. Hazard of being so close to the beach! Overall, would recommend this place to families with older kids/teens! The location really can’t be beat!

This condo is very close to the beach with easy access and steps to the pool. It is stocked very well with pretty much anything you need. So nice to be on ground level and very convenient. Several nice bars within walking distance. We went for a girls beach week and had a blast. We would return to this condo for sure 🏖☀️

Wonderful Christmas Vacation!

Location was terrific! Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach across the street! Condo had everything we wanted and needed for the beach. Only thing I would have suggested would be to provide beach towels. Having to bring them was quite a load. Otherwise the condo was perfect. It is an older facility which we thought was cool! Really Retro! Being on the first floor and walking right out to either go to the beach or swim in the pool was wonderful. Sunsets were breath taking!! Ate the best Grouper sandwich ever at Rick’s Reef 2 blocks away. But our favorite restaurant was Woody’s, ate dinner there 3 times, at the best time, during the sunset! We would definitely rent this condo again. There was a slight hiccup up with getting the keys, just was a mix up with name of reservation, we had to wait, for a bit, but decided to go to Rick’s Reef and eat. Keys and parking pass were all set by the time we came back! Overall very happy with everything!!!

Great condo with excellent location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Excellent location to the ocean, restaurants and shopping! Check in process was very simple and the condo was very clean. We will be returning!

Gulf Winds...one of our favorites

We have stayed at Gulf Winds at least a dozen times, we love the location and all the fine restaurants and bars in the area. This was a very nice unit and we either try to get something near the pool or a unit with a roof patio.
