Family friendly location directly across from there local playground was great unfortunately it rained the whole time e were there so didn’t get to truly enjoy the planting or the beaches. Location is close enough that it made getting to the mainland pretty easy. Some miss communication about towels and linen but hosts were very responsive when asked questions through the app

We've had a wonderful stay here. Hosts are friendly and very responsive. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants. Property as described. Plenty of room. Great amenities include outdoor shower. Really comfortable - a great find!

Lovely stay by the beach!

Alex and Mike's place was a great place for my family to stay when we were in town for a wedding. It was close to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. Directions and parking were clear and instructions for check-in and check-out were easy as well. Alex and Mike were very communicative and accommodated an early check-in which was really helpful during our travels. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend on LBI. This was our second stay at the house & we enjoyed it as we did the first stay. It was a beautiful weekend on the Island, able to spend a lot of time sitting on the beach in shorts & short sleeve shirts!

Great little home on facing the bay

Spacious and great light throughout the house!

Nice landscaping and plenty of sleeping options. Nicely stocked kitchen and great location for kids across from a playground. Unfortunately it rained for the weekend we were down but even with the rain the space felt bright and airy. We enjoyed coffee on the covered deck in the morning. Good proximity to bay and beach. I would rent this property again!

Communication with owner was excellent. Well equipped. Clean . Quiet and location was near hub of surf city . Nice view of bay and sunsets . Traffic was light despite being on a main thoroughfare. Discovered iron did not work . Owner had a new one shipped the very next day.

Perfect weekend spot

Stayed here with 7 other family members for two nights, as we wanted to celebrate my Father's 60th birthday in LBI (his favorite place). Everyone had a place to sleep and it was great to have an open concept living room and kitchen area for spending time as a group during the day. Everything was clean and in good condition, and the location was perfect. Across the street from the bay and a park for the kids, and only a few minutes walk to the beach side of the island. Also, we had no problem with parking, even with 5 different cars. Overall, loved the house and was very happy with our stay.

Clean, Comfy and well stocked

I spent the best four-day birthday weekend here. Also attended a wedding at The Mainland only 10 minutes from house. For my family of six, this house was very spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. I had to bring my own bed sheets, but the water & dryer was large enough to do all the laundry. The spacious front deck was convenient, especially for watching my grandkids in the large park right across the street, and also to admire the breathtaking sunsets. We enjoyed the large backyard, spacious outdoor shower and changing room. Alex and Mike answered all my questions within minutes...great communication !! I would recommend this house, and would definitely pay a second visit !!

Perfect Beachtown getaway house!

It was a group of 6 of us, 3 couples all friends from college in town for a friends wedding. By now we have all moved away to different states so this was a bit of a mini vacation / reunion with a wedding in the middle. The house was perfect for us. Everything worked great, fans a/c kitchen bathroom and the grill out back. The front deck was amazing to sit and relax on all day and night. The weather wasn't in our favor so the beach didn't even happen, but just hanging out in the house, grilling out back, watching world cup, and lounging on the deck made it a great weekend. The long term renters downstairs were super nice as well and never really even noticed them, even if we may have been a little loud a little late after the wedding. Overall amazing place, great vacation spot, would 100% return to!!
