Everything was clean and welcoming. When we had an issue the team was extremely responsive and fixed it immediately. The beach access was so perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with my family.

Great property. Loved everything about it. Plenty of parking for our boat and vehicles. Pool is great and perfect stretch of beach.

Family Vacay!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s 4th year staying at CSB. Of all the gulf front rentals this property was by far the best.It is equipped with everything you need to use at the beach. Chairs, kayaks, paddle board, beach cart. The kitchen is fully stocked, along with an ice maker. Extra fridge on the bottom floor , great to keep those extra drinks cold. Great location, plenty of parking. This is definitely a place you can just show up and enjoy. We actually extended our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Footprints in the Sand for our family that had 4 adults and 2 kids. We fit comfortably with room to spread out. It had everything you can think of to take to the beach to have fun. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook. The views were amazing. Pool is small, but was perfect for stormy days when there were double red flags. Walking distance to the ice cream shop that also has breakfast sandwiches, and super close to the seafood market. We will definitely stay here again.

Footprints in the Sand

Very nice property. Right on the beach. We stayed on the ground floor which was just perfect for us. Have your legs in good shape, because there’s a lot of stairs.

Kayaks, paddleboard, beach cart, beach chairs and a well stocked and vary nice kitchen. Just show up and enjoy. Coastal Joe's was great to work with!

Kitchen was well equipped and was clean. Front door needs to be replaced due to lock not working correctly and the door itself seems to be the problem. Place had nice beach equipment to use for free. The pool is extremely small and beach mice came out at night...eeek

As for the beach mice, they are a protected species here on the Cape. It's one small inconvenience we experience to be able to provide the quality vacations we are known for!

Amazing week of relaxation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this rental. The house was so clean. The pool was a great retreat from the sun in the afternoon. If you needed something quick for supper the trading post is just down the street. The walk to the water was easy. We had a native visitor trapped in our pool and the maintenance guy was there in 5 minutes to take care of the problem.🐍

Beautiful Beach Home

The porch with rockers and tables & chairs is wonderful for watching sunsets. It’s a short distance on the boardwalk to the beach. The deck of the third floor master bedroom is wonderful. We loved the sofa swing. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook. This was our third year booking this house. We always hate to leave.

High Quality House and Service

Reviewer Comments: -The kitchen was fully stocked, even had large variety of spices!-the house was clean and very comfortable-beach chairs, boogie boards, life jackets, kayaks, and umbrellas were all at the house! Huge benefit! -the house itself is quality built-quality outdoor furniture for enjoying a meal, or the stars -the swing on the upper deck was a gem and that’s where my husband and I ended our evenings...everyone around us was so courteous to keep their outdoor lights off and we could actually see the Milky Way!!! -We had perfect weather, the water was clear with a sandbar right in front of the house and water was so calm during our entire stay. The pool was great as well! The staff in the Coastal Joe’s office is consistently amazing! We had a light switch that wasn’t working and the sent an electrician to fix it in a timely manner. We love renting from Coastal Joe’s and will definitely be back next year!

Bathrooms need updating ... small, old appliances in bathrooms. Beautiful view, good dishware, glasses and pots and pans. Would have rented again but price went up 30%. Coastal Joe responded immediately to any request I had while staying there. Great company.

We have always had fantastic experiences w/ Coastal Joe properties and this one was no different. The location could not have been better. The house itself was immaculate, not only the cleanliness but how was it was stocked, i mean it had everything. I would talk about the short walk to the beach but really there was no walk........the beach is right there. We will be back and will always recommend Coastal Joes to friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay. We’ve been coming to the cape for years. This is by far our most favorite place we’ve stayed. The house is well stocked with everything you need. It was very clean. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper. Only 1 roll per bathroom was provided. My only complaint would be the beds aren’t the most comfortable, but they were ok. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beachfront Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just two of us and our little 11-lb dog so many of the rooms did not get used, however worked perfect for us. I am so picky that I always travel with bedding and slip covers for furniture - so was pleasantly surprised the home was so well cared for and clean. Everything needed to enjoy the home's amenities and beach was provided. My favorite place to relax was on either patio overlooking the beach and in the evenings the pool was fantastic to cool off in. The outside shower was awesome and loved the large jacuzzi tub in the owner's suite. Since this is a pet friendly rental, the only thing I would highly recommend is posting a warning sign or simply removing the Sago Palms since they are extremely deadly to dogs. Absolutely beautiful location and would certainly stay here again.
