Lovely villa in great location

The villa has everything you need and more. The pool is lovely and was the perfect temperature, also being cleaned twice a week (there is a net to use yourself if needed). Bedrooms were standard, with 2 single beds. The villa has air con but it does need to be turned on every 2 hours but it quickly cools down. The location is great, plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minute drive. Some are within 10 min walk but a car is needed to go to the main strip and beach but only a short drive. Leslie and Chris were very helpful and would reply quickly answering any questions. Great value for money and would definitely recommend.

Lovely relaxing stay. Would recommend having a car to explore the local resturants, other than those on 'The strip.' Coral bay beach a must, although best to get there early as gets very busy. Many thanks for accommodating a later stay in the villa due to a late flight.

Perfect Holiday

The Villa is exactly as described It is fully equipped with all utensils , cleaning products etc , a perfect home from home We were getting married during our stay and the owner and some of the neighbours took time to send lovely messages and wave us off to our venue It is perfectly situated for bars and restaurants if you do not have a car We would definitely stay here again Lovely pool and surroundings

Spacious and clean two bed villa. Great pool and in a private location.

Our party was two adults and two kids (5 and 2). The villa has everything that you will need for your holiday. Pool and surrounding area are large for a two-bed villa. We hired a car so we could go to more of the Pahos area. Probably recommend hiring a car or using the bus service as there isn't a great deal in Peyia. We really enjoyed the villa and the holiday so would definitely recommend the villa.

Quiet and peaceful

The owner could not have done anything more regarding his villa. It was spotless, had everything needed for your stay, neighbourhood was quiet and made the stay more relaxing. The pool was great. You will need a car if you want to explore, though it is only a few minutes by car to get to shops for groceries, takeaways and another couple of minutes by car to reach Coral Bay. The main road there takes you towards Paphos and beyond. the other direction takes you to Paphos Zoo and Agios Georgios beach which is very quiet. If you only intend staying around the villa, taxis are the other option. All in all a lovely place to have your holiday.

Great place

This was an absolutely great stay. The villa is well situated and its very quiet which is what we wanted. Everything was as stated. Les is a great communicator. I always think its when things dont go to plan that you find out how good things are. We had one small problem with WiFi. Nothing that anyone could have anticipated but I texted Les and it was fixed in hours. We know this part of Cyprus and Pegyia is close to lots of the best beaches which is what we wanted. The only snag is that to get to anywhere nice to eat you need to drive or walk a mile up to Peygia village because the nearest restaurants like Haris and the Brewery are rubbish but we knew this from previous visits anyway. All in all very highly recommended

Lovely Peyia

We had a really nice stay at this property,exactly as described.pool and house spotless,everything we needed. Neighbourhood so peaceful.close to village with plenty of taverns, take aways etc. One small problem was the a/c on a timer,downstairs not a problem at all, but kept switching of every 2 hours in the night and as we were having a heatwave and needed the a/c a bit annoying.apart from that a fabulous week, we loved it.thank you Les

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene (24,28,29,30) mit 2 Kindern (4,8) und es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Bei Frage steht immer jemand zur Verfügung. Sehr guter Poolservice, immer sauber. Die Reinigung erfolgt früh, sodass man nichts davon mitbekommt und sich morgens über einen sauberen Pool (selbstverständlich erfolgt keine tägliche Reinigung) freuen kann. In Haushalt ist alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden und darüber hinaus. Trotz der spontanen Buchung und dem kurzfristigen Check In war alles top vorbereitet und sauber! Das fanden wir super. Kommunikation verlief sehr schnell und reibungslos. Liebe Grüße

Beautiful villa, the pictures don't do it justice. The ensuite was an added bonus.

We loved staying here, everything from booking the villa to communicating with the owner was very good. Martin and Julie who look after the property were very informative and looked after us.

Lovely villa in great location

Couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Villa lived up to expectations was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great in the hot weather. Great for local beaches, a trip to the Troodos mountains, a cruise to see turtles and the water park in Paphos. Perfect!

Idealistic home from home

Situated in a private cul de sac not far from all the amenities that one would need for your perfect stay. If you choose not to use a car you have a ten minute walk to the nearest bus stop where buses arrive just past the hour taking you to coral bay and pafos at a cost of €1.50. The villa itself is spotless and has everything you would need for your stay. There are several bars restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. I would not hesitate to re book this villa the service that Les and Chris provide with this property are second to none. Thank you for the perfect stay.

Great villa in quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great, near to bars and restaurants we use. Nice having the two bathrooms. Made good use of the lovely garden and pool. The villa was well equipped and very clean. Hope to return next year. Thank you.

Lovely villa perfect location x

We are a family of four with two teenage boys. This villa suited all of us. Pool and wifi for the teenagers and lovely pool area i.e sun beds and garden furniture for the adults. Well equipped for self catering like a home from home. We loved the location and would definatley recommend hiring a car as Cyprus is hilly. Five mins in the car from lovely beaches and restaurants. And two minute walk to local shops and a great fish and chip takeaway brilliant for our first night. The villa is emaculatly clean and les and Chris send you all the information about the villa on booking. Highly recommend this villa and would definitely book again.

amazing holiday

we absolutely loved the villa it was everything we expected and more. the location was perfect just outside coral bay in a lovely village called peyia the village had everything you could possibly need and the bakery was to die for fresh bread and cakes everyday. I think myself personally you need a car but if all you want is just a chill out holiday the villa is perfect. Would we go back yes definitely if we hadn't already booked a villa for next year this would have been our choice so hopefully we will go back in 2015 *****

Love Cyprus. The property is within easy reach of the Beaches at Coral Bay (3k). In the lovely village of Peyia with shops and pubs/bars. 15 minute drive to Paphos or one hour to the Troodos mountains or just drive to the top of the village for one of the National park areas, with picnic areas and walks.

This 2 bed detached villa with 2 toilets and it own private pool, for your sole enjoyment, is in a cu-de-sac.
This means no passing traffic, safer for children, and no noise. It position means it gets the sun all day but when it gets to hot you can go inside to the fully air-conditioned villa. From the back bedroom belconies you can enjoy the view of the sea and from the front look towards the hills that surround the village. We provide 4 sun-loungers, 6 garden chairs, table and parasol, perfect for eating outside on those warm barmy summer evenings.
