Le encantará este condominio tropical moderno justo en el centro de la isla. Se encuentra en el este de pez espada, a pocos pasos de la zona de ocio. Usted está a menos de una cuadra de la playa también! La ubicación es fabulosa! Este es un gran condominio 2BR / 2BA que duerme 6. Te dan una cama King Size en el dormitorio principal. La segunda habitación es una litera tanto con un doble y una cama de tamaño completo. También hay una cama nido doble se puede sacar de debajo de las camas.

La cocina es uno que le encantará a cocinar. encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Realmente es precioso. También tiene un lavavajillas, así como lavadora / secadora. Le encantará estar aquí. Si tiene un grupo más grande, puede alquilar Pueblo del Padre I # 6, que está justo al lado. También alquilamos Pueblo del Padre II # 3 en el edificio de al lado.

Winter getaway

The condo was centrally located to access the beach which it was amazing and the local food and bars. People were very friendly. Felt safe and enjoyed the pool at the back. Grounds were very clean.

Very Clean and walking distance to beach.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. We had everything we needed. Very clean. Walking distance to the beach and Tequila Sunset. I would recommend to bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook, the ones in the condo are worn out. Definitely would stay again.

We were disappointed with the variety of pots and pans, bowls, and utensils in the kitchen. It was hard to cook our meals. There was not broom to sweep up the sand. The balcony was a pleasant place to sit in the mornings with our coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon! Thank you Catherine and Melissa for all your assistance!

Location was great

If you are just needing this place for sleeping is great. I do not enjoy the beach as much so staying in was a little difficult. Pool are had no chairs. Cooking utensils were really cheap making it hard to cook. Guest bathroom does not lock! (From the inside you think it locks but it does not) was okay clean as long as you don’t look at the dust on walls … and also there was no broom. We did have to call after hours bc light came out of pool (hazard) and they did come out asap! (8pm) So far that I do think it’s amazing! Overall if you are a beach person totally recomend it!

This place has roaches.

The actual location looks as advertised, and it is in a good location to the beach however, this place has an infestation of roaches. There were a variety of different roaches, small ones big ones and every part of the condo, the kitchen table, the counters in the kitchen restroom, as well as the rooms. I do have pictures and videos to support this however it doesn’t give the option to upload. This is definitely issue because you don’t want to bring these home with you so we had to spend a lot of our time ensuring They were not in our luggage. We bought food there and set it on the table and had to throw it away because of small small roaches. I did call the office to make them aware, however no answer nor did I get a call back in regards to the voicemail I left

You can hear the bands outside at night , the pools were amazing view in back yrd so perfect while you swim. Definitely will rent again . Kitchen was stocked great and appliance all worked perfect. The woman who assisted me in leasing it was amazing felt like I walked away with a Friend after 1 phone call! Very accommodating and kind

Disappointed that the washer and dryer were not working. Pool area was very clean but the water seemed a bit cloudy and the water was extremely warm. If you are on the second floor the steps are pretty steep so people with mobility issues might have a problem. Overall its a good location and condo. Despite the issues mentioned, I recommend this condo.

Pueblo Del Padre I #4 review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company is amazing, Melissa is professional, and really works hard to get you taken care of. Every property we have stayed at has been clean and updated. This property however has slipped by and is a mess. The stairs going into the unit are very steep and have screws popping out that your sandals hang up on. The interior was probably once very nice but there is dirt and grime on every wall and baseboard. There is very limited furniture and places to put your belongings, we had to live out of our suitcases. The coffee table is on broke and on its last leg and the master bed is held up with cinder blocks. There is exterior furniture but it is broken and unusable. The air conditioner works but is very loud. The stove has a broken burner. There are also stains all over the living room rug. There are barking dogs every day around 8am below the unit. The pool is ok and the hot tub heat works after 6pm

Billie from rent on Padre Inc was very helpful!The unit was in a great location - walking distance to a lot of places including stores and the beach. We had everything we needed in the unit except we were only provided 2 rolls of toiletpaper. The place was overall quite clean however it does look like it needs some tender love and care. The walls and doors were pretty dirty and door hinges were squeaky.We were happy with our stay until our second last morning at 8 am when we were still in bed, someone came into the condo!We were quite frightened and uncomfortable. A man was there expecting to stay for the weekend. He said he was with the owner of the condo and that was how he had the code to get inside. This was very unprofessional and showed poor communication between the owner and the management company. We werent even really given a proper apology. No one reached out to us about this incident afterwards.

It was very convenient and awesome to have the washer and dryer in the unit! The 2 pools were wonderful and serviced frequently during the stay. The kids and I enjoyed swimming daily! The location is absolutely fantastic! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and the grocery store was right behind the condo on the next street. Restaurants and bars were close by as well. We cooked during our stay and the majority of all cooking utensils and pans were available. Could have used 1 bigger skillet and a baking sheet. Dishes and silverware were great! Beds and bedding were comfy and bathrooms clean and updated! The owners and employees were friendly, kind and informative. They also went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a getaway!

It was nice and clean with spacious kitchen. One suggestion would be to add/update pots/skillet/glasses/utensils in the kitchen. Overall I had a nice stay and great communication with the property management.
