If you are looking for a charming beach getaway, look no further! Dunes #105 is your very own tropical escape. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this updated condo is perfect for couples, families or a small group of friends. The Main bedroom, located off the living room, is equipped with a Queen and Twin size trundle beds and a flat screen TV. Attached is a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom is equipped with two Full beds and a flat screen TV. An additional full bathroom is shared between the guest room and common areas. The bathroom also features a walk in shower.

The spacious living room has ample seating around a flat screen TV and has an open concept layout with the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The patio features an outdoor table as well, which is ideal for enjoying the beautiful island breeze under the shade! The property also comes with a washer and dryer for guest use, Wifi internet and cable.

Take a refreshing dip in the community pool or layback poolside to soak up the warm South Padre Island sun. Walk to local shops, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife and the beach within minutes! Dunes Condominiums is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach!

Amenities and Vacation Essentials Provided

Every stay at Dunes #105 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great place

Great place to stay. I stayed with 4 other adults and it was perfect in size. Very clean and convenient place to stay at. Check in and check out procedures were very structured and easy to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Really clean, amazing pool. We would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed how great the condo was. It was so close to the beach we love to go to which is wanna wanna. We were able to walk and not have to take our vehicle. Place was really clean and the pool was amazing! We would definitely rent again!

What an amazing place!

Very satisfied with our stay here. We had 6 children with us and they had plenty to do. Quiet area for the most part and super close to the beach. We had an amazing trip! The condo was very accommodating and very clean. What an amazing place!

Great condo and location!

This condo was very clean and at a great location! The beach is less than a minute walk away and many restaurants are close by! The management was very quick with responses. The condo and neighbors were quiet and very nice. Can't wait to go back and stay again!

Great family vacation

My family enjoyed the condo. It was nice being able to walk a short distance to the beach. I loved that the kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook meals. It was a little hot at night in the master bedroom, but they had a plug in fan that helped.

Spacious and clean

The condo was very clean and roomy. Would easily accommodate a family. The only negative is no wi-fi was provided. This really affected me as I was on the Island for work. SPI Rentals is great to work with and will rent other properties from them.

South Padre Family Vacation

The condo is beautiful and staff very friendly and responsive. My only complain was the weird smell when we enter the apartment for the first time. We brought some air freshener and fixed the problem. Also it would be nice to have a van opener.

Satisfied

The location was good. The property was in a good spot but the fridge didn’t work well. It was cool but definitely not cold at all. The milk we bought spoiled in 2 days because of it. The sink in the main bathroom was clogged with hair and sand; we had to fix it on day one of our stay. No comforter provided for the master bed. We made the most out of our stay but this property needs some tending to.

Convenient location, near beach access

The property was in a convenient location walkable to a public beach access. We came down for my high school reunion and brought our kids. My dad also stayed at the property with us. We enjoyed the pool and it wasn't crowded when we used it. The inside was enough space for all of us (3 kids and 3 adults). My sister and brother came out to visit us since they live close. The only thing that was hard was the parking. It was tandem parking and we only had one spot for our unit. Our car was sticking out in the street a little so we were worried it might get hit, but thankfully it didn't. The visitor parking situation is also very limited (traffic is also intermittently terrible this time of year/summer). The WiFi struggled a little as well. It was nice to have a washer/dryer!

They thought of everything!

This place is better than the pictures! What you don't see: High Ceilings (I don't know why this is important to me, it just is) Keurig+regular coffee maker High end appliances Immaculate bathrooms/All tile showers Rooftop area to look out to the ocean Beach is literally a 3 minute walk (Gay Dawn Beach access) No Spring Breakers! I heard that the owners are not allowed to rent to spring breakers. They thought of everything: Extra hooks in the bathroom Beach boards Sand toys A fan for white noise! (My son was loving that) Wi-Fi Washer/Dryer Warm decor Caring notes all throughout showing you guests that they took the time to make your stay enjoyable. The bed numbers reflect the number of beds in bedrooms. It doesn't claim that a pull out couch is a bed. These owners are detail oriented to make you feel at home. We will stay nowhere else in SPI
