A solo unos pasos de la playa o simplemente relájese con una vista del océano sobre las dunas desde el interior de la unidad. La unidad incluye sala de estar / comedor con sofá, silla y mesa de comedor, cocina de galera, baño más pequeño con ducha y amplio dormitorio con cama queen. Perfect Couple's Getaway

Ginny's place helped make our short vacation all the better. The condo was impeccably clean, well furnished and perfectly located, literally steps to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise right if the front porch. We even got to watch the full harvest moon rise over the ocean at night. We're looking forward to coming back!

Just what we need it!

Brigantine is absolute our favorite beach to go to. My husband and I had an amazing time. This is the first time we stayed at Ginny’s condo. The condo is a beautiful clean, organized and relaxing place. We will definitely book again!

Awesome Location

This rental was fantastic. If you're looking for a nice relaxing stay this is the place. Less than a minute walk and you're on the beach. We went to Atlantic City a couple of nights which is about a 10 minute drive. We definitely would stay here again. The host Ginny was helpful with places to go in Brigintine .

Our trip to Brigantine was very relaxing . First time to Brigantine, great place.. We were greeted by Ginny and Richard and they went over everything with us about the rental. The property was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. The location to the beach was a few steps away. We are looking forward to going back in the future.

My Brigantine Experience

Property rental was easy and owners were pleasant. They were extremely flexible and told us exactly what to expect. Property close to ocean and could access with no difficulty. Good for two people.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

The rental was great. It was perfect for my husband and I. Ginny, the property owner, could not have been nicer. The unit was very clean and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. A very quiet and relaxing oceanfront property. It was our first time at Brigantine Beach, and we loved it. We look forward to visiting again.

Perfect Week!

Thank you Ginny and Rick for a wonderful week at the beach. Apartment was perfect for my husband and I. We loved reading on the porch looking out onto the water and the beach was SO CLOSE! We cooked in a few nights and went out the others. Town was nice and quiet. A 5 star week!

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Ginny is great at communicating and called after I reserved the rental to tell me everything about the condo. I really appreciated the call. When we arrived everything was spotless, Ginny even washed the pretty quilt for the bed and washes the curtains after every rental. I liked the simple beach decorations, the color scheme was pretty and everything was so comfortable, including the sofa and mattress. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. I cooked dinner four nights and found the kitchen stocked with everything I needed. They have a smart tv, so we were able to watch a few shows using our Prime account and also watched Netflix, which was provided. As for the Beach, we were at the perfect spot, just steps away. The view from the living room and balcony Is so beautiful. There are nice dunes and you can see the ocean. I could just sit out there listening to the waves and birds all day long. We enjoyed watching a thunderstorm one afternoon and watched the lightning over the ocean one night. It felt like we were in paradise. Thanks for everything Ginny. We will be back.

Beachfront in Brigantine

This oceanfront condo is a perfect place to stay in a great location! Just right for 2, the space is very well utilized and there was nothing we needed that it didn’t have. Everything was VERY clean and well maintained. And you can’t beat the location and the view. Ginny and Rick met me at check-in to go over all of the many amenities and were very kind. Ginny was also quick to respond to any questions I had through the uncertainty of COVID restrictions. Luckily it all turned out well in the end as we really needed this vacation! Thank you Ginny for a wonderful stay!

The perfect spot

Another year in our favorite getaway spot and we are just as happy with it as we could be. Proximity to the beach, comfortable space and equipped with everything we need for a week at the shore. Highly recommend.

Amazing Beach Condo

This was our second visit to this magnificent condo and not the last. The beach is only a few steps away and the balcony view of the ocean is amazing. Everything you need is provided and more. The beach chairs were very appreciated!! The place is super clean and cozy. Thank you again Ginny and Rick for being so kind and helpful. We hope to be back next summer :)

Peaceful Beach Retreat

This was our third time staying here. We had a very relaxing stay as usual. We were blessed this time with a spectacular display of bird migration right off the porch of This property. Perfect beach condo

We loved this place! It was perfect for the 2 of us. It's right on the beach and the dune walk over was at our door step. Very short walk to the water. There's a storage unit with chairs, umbrella, beach stroller, very convenient. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. Everything we needed was there. In the morning we had our coffee while watching the waves. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The neighbors we're very friendly. Great outside shower; large, private, strong water pressure and hot water. Ginny and Rick were so kind. They meet us at the condo showed us around and genuinely wanted us to have a good time. We had such a fantastic stay that we booked it for next summer. I definitely would recommend staying at this condo.

A super beach side condo ideal for two in the heart of Brigintine Island.

Cozy oceanfront condo. Great for two. So clean and comfortable. Listen to the ocean and feel the breeze. We loved our week at this peaceful beach. Bring your own bedding and personal bath products. Sit on the walkway and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Owners Ginny and Rick lovingly prepare for new guests weekly. So clean. We hope to come back all the way from Arizona.

Beautiful!

This unit is wonderful! Just as described, it is a cozy condo with beautiful ocean views. It is very well kept and decorated beautifully! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to eat in (i.e. stove, pots, pans, etc.), but is also within walking distance from places like Laguna Grill, Pirates Den, and Wawa. The deck is shared with other residents/tenants, but there was rarely anyone seated outside at the same time as us. All of the neighbors we met throughout our stay were so kind and welcoming! The owners are such nice people! Although we didn't need to contact them for any reason throughout our stay, they were very genuine in their offer for us to call them for anything we may need throughout the week. I would absolutely recommend this unit for any couple or small family looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!
