Capture la brisa y las magníficas vistas al mar desde cada habitación de esta gema frente al agua del río Saint Martins de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños. Decorado con muebles de cabañas vintage, pisos de roble rojo, cómodas camas Macy's, sillones de cuero / club de Handcock & Moore, otomana de cuero y espuma densa PB, y sistema de entretenimiento de sonido Sony. Un porche cubierto le invita al aire libre. También disfrute de espectaculares puestas de sol o del amanecer desde el espacioso solarium o nuestro muelle privado. Visite el Ocean Pines Beach Club, a 10 minutos en automóvil de la playa en Ocean City, MD. Lance su bote, cangrejo o pescado desde nuestro muelle privado (no se requiere permiso de pesca de MD). La casa incluye dos televisores HDTV y reproductores de DVD con el paquete de cable de películas familiares, pero sin línea fija. Great view and fresh crabs

Nice clean and well appointed cottage on the water. Crab pots provided. We enjoyed relaxing on the large deck and eating crabs. Quiet place.

Brian and his family were wonderful guests to host at our waterfront home. I am pleased that they enjoyed catching crabs at our dock and hope they will return for future vacations. Coastal Cottage is more than just a place to stay near the Ocean. It is a destination set in a serene natural setting with beautiful water views and an abundance of shops, restaurants, and activities along the Atlantic coast.

The view from the spacious deck is amazing! Lots of water traffic to watch!! Quiet location with easy access to pools, playground! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances to make cooking easy! Enjoyed the stay at the cottage!

Our family stayed at the Coastal Cottage for the first time. LOVED THE VIEW! The house was perfect. The outdoor and indoor views made this property. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the view. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Vacation

The location on the waterfront is beautiful. The property is very close to anything you can imagine you might need (Ocean City, Assateague Island, Groceries, Gas and Food). It was a very relaxing family vacation. Many memories made this week. The owner was more than helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely visit again.

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at Coastal Cottage. We loved the crabbing experience. Neighbors on both sides were very nice. We did not go to the Boardwalk due to COVID 19 and too many people. We booked for next year, but not on a holiday week. Very crowded for the 4th of July; however, watching all the different fireworks from the deck was enjoyable. Coastal Cottage was perfect for us and fit our every need.

Coastal Retreat

If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with awesome views, then this rental would be perfect for you. From morning coffee on the deck to beautiful sunsets, the view of the St. Martin River takes your breath away. This is the first time I rented in Ocean Pines instead of Ocean City. My husband and I couldn't get over how quiet it was. No sirens blaring or car doors slamming like in OC. One point to note is that there is a flight of stairs to access the unit. This rental may not be for those who are elderly or find steps difficult. Aside from some windy conditions, our stay was wonderful!

A great river front vacation

We had a great time at Coastal Cottage . Coffee on the covered side porch in the morning and drank wine to watch the beautiful sunsets on the riverfront porch. The cottage had just the perfect amount of space and amenities for our family. We crabbed , kayaked off the pier , played yard games , had dinner on the outside porch , played chess and watched movies that all game with the cottage . The bedrooms were clean with lots of blankets and comfortable beds . We went to beach almost everyday and never even used the pool pass that came with the cottage . On the 1 rainy day we had, we watched movies and enjoyed the water view from the dining room tables while playing cards . Using the crab pots that came with cottage was really fun! We had a crab feast one evening using the steamer that was also provided . The coastal cottage has everything you could possibly need .

Great couples or family vaction spot.

This is a perfect place for couples or a family to spend time together enjoying the Maryland Shore. The huge deck and screened-in porch provide a great view of the river plus with the weather we had, we ate every lunch and dinner at the big table out on the deck. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a Food Lion grocery store a short distance away, so cooking was easy. The house is located on a quiet, low traffic street, but is still convenient to everything. The Ocean Pines Community has many great facilities and the Private Beach Club is only a 15 minute drive away. The Club provides free parking, beach access, pool, food and beverages bars. Since we brought our boat, it was great having the dock in the back yard. It was just a short ride to the bay where we fished every day. Our son also used the available crab traps and during the week caught 6 crabs. There's nothing better than fresh streamed crabs! Leo was very responsive when we had questions and provided a clean, well-equipped vacation rental home that we would highly recommend.

Brian and his family were great guests. They left Coastal Cottage clean and tidy and treated our home like it was their own. I greatly appreciated our correspondence. Brian also shares our love of the water -- boating, fishing, crabbing and the awesome views. Like us, this family learned that our waterfront home is not just a place to stay while going to the ocean and doing other things -- it is the destination itself. While I enjoy walking along the Atlantic coast from time-to-time I am also content to just spend time away on the relaxing screen porch, sun deck and open living and dining rooms taking in the beautiful and tranquil environs from the cottage. GREAT week at Coastal Cottage!

We had a very relaxing week at the. Coastal Cottage. White Sail is a very quiet street, and we loved it! Just what we were looking for! We decided to launch our boat at the West OC public launch and went out into the Assawoman Bay and the OC Inlet. The fish bite was slow, but we did manage to catch a keeper flounder. It was a great day on the water! We came back to the cottage, pulled up about a dozen keeper crabs at the cottage dock and had baked fresh flounder, steamed crabs, potato salad and corn on the cob for dinner. Awesome Eastern Shore meal! This property has awesome sunrise views and is close to everything you could imagine. We even beat the house out of $8 at the Ocean Downs Casino one night, which is just a couple miles down Racetrack Road! We had fun and got paid for it. What more could we ask! One of my favorite places I have stayed

To begin with the pictures do not do it justice. The view from the deck is breathtaking. I could sit out there all day. The sunrise was beautiful. You could not see sunset from the deck. The screened in side porch has a great view. The furnishing were excellent. The kitchen was adequately stocked . I had everything I needed to prepare meals. The grill was very nice. Again, the view from the deck was stunning. The owner was very prompt in returning messages. The house is near anything that you would want to do in Ocean City. The house is located in a very quite neighborhood. If you enjoy looking at stars then this is the perfect place. There was none to very little light pollution so the night sky is very viewable. I really look forward to visiting again. I will definitely return.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice

Situated in a quiet waterfront neighborhood, Coastal Cottage, with its magnificent sunrise and sunset views from the screened porch and deck, is one of our favorite homes ever rented. After ascending stairs to enter, one-level living is convenient and cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked and the sitting area is comfortable for evening movies. We love the nearby Crabs-To-Go with its super fresh seafood plus the grocery stores and roadside stands have everything we needed for a vacation spent cooking in and enjoying the views. Highly recommended is an OC Explorer Cruise to Assateague Island for wildlife viewing. Dolphins followed our boat and all were treated to knowledgeable commentary from the boat's biologist. The neighborhood is perfect for an early morning stroll. This house is just the right size for a small group or couple. We loved our Coastal Cottage stay and highly recommend.

Great location, quiet, clean and close to amenities

Waterfront in a nice quiet area, even for Labor Day weekend. Great community, plenty of streets for walking around, and close to restaurants. Great seafood if you like to cook with Crab shack offerring a variety of seafood, including prepared options. House was clean and met my needs. Large deck and a screened porch at the side that protected from direct morning sun.

I'd do it again.

He house was well taken care of and very clean and the kitchen well stocked, and dining room exceedingly comfortable. . The setting with the river behind was gorgeous, and the owner obviously takes pride in the property. The location is perfect, about 15 minutes to Assateague, 10 from OC BW, and close to great restaurants. I'd highly recommend the property to a single, couple or family.

We loved the home. Conveniently located close to the boardwalk and stores. We enjoyed going out on our family boat right off the dock of the house. We also were able to catch crabs everyday. We can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing vacation spot!

Never having heard of Ocean Pines, I was truly impressed. Although this home is a little older, the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. We looked forward to waking up each morning to coffee on the deck, right on the waterfront. The owner was most accommodating. Can't wait to go back!

We are fun loving people who like the very best. We enjoy traveling, boating and fishing, sailing, kayaking, star gazing, bicycling, tennis, taking walks, and collecting art and antiques. Beautiful and peaceful waterfront settings with sunrise and sunsets on broad water views are our favorite places and we enjoy hosting a guest cottage for families on summer vacation who wish to share that experience. The variety of great eating (barbeque, crab, fish and seafood, etc.) in Ocean City, along with a good wine or beer after a day at the shore, adds to one's relaxation while sinking into a deep leather sofa and listening to favorite high fidelity music, or watching high definition movies, or simply enjoying a board game.

Location, location, location. Sunrise year-round from the large waterfront deck. Sunrise and Sunsets in July. New marine stainless steel railings open up large panoramic water-front views. My parents were among the first to build a cottage along this shoreline in early 1970's and I grew up sailing and swimming along this crab rich coastal tidal estuary and nearby marshes ever since. I also spent summers searching for local antiques, some of which furnish my cottage on the river by the sea.

Coastal Cottage offers a unique combination of nostalgic Summer of '42 cottage charm with its classic screened porch and huge 32 x 10 foot sundeck directly on the water. The one-floor elevation adds drama to viewing the exciting panorama of nature that envelops this waterfront getaway and the many improvements have made the cottage pin-drop quiet and serenely relaxing inside.

Enjoy the new 33 x 6-foot wide fishing pier to set crab traps and cast your lures for coastal fishing. Boaters are welcome to dock their craft on the visitor side of the dock equipped with 2 marine ladders, piling bumpers and cleats.
