Bienvenido a nuestra HHI Beach Villa. Nuestra cómoda y espaciosa villa es un apartamento de tres habitaciones / 3 baños situado en el complejo de Springwood Villa. La piscina privada con terraza y piscina para niños se encuentra a pocos pasos de nuestro patio. Está convenientemente ubicado a solo unos minutos de la playa, supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas y entretenimientos de Coligny Plaza.

Una cocina totalmente equipada se abre a la sala de estar y comedor, que tiene amplios asientos para seis personas. Un patio privado tiene una mesa con sillas para disfrutar del aire libre.

La suite principal tiene una cama tamaño king con baño privado recientemente remodelado con bañera, ducha y tocador doble. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio con un baño privado recientemente remodelado, así como con una ducha con azulejos de vidrio. Un tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas matrimoniales y comparte un baño en el pasillo con bañera / ducha combinada.

Hay televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y en cada habitación. Tenemos conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y una lavadora / secadora privada. Proporcionamos una sombrilla de playa, dos sillas y dos toallas de playa como cortesía para usar durante su estadía.

Hay dos espacios de estacionamiento asignados para la villa con la villa # y estacionamiento adicional disponible por orden de llegada.

Otras comodidades incluyen una hora de cancha de tenis diaria GRATUITA en las canchas adyacentes de Van der Meer, acceso GRATUITO a la piscina cubierta y al gimnasio del Players Club.

Springwood Villas está ubicado a solo 2 cuadras de South Forest Beach, en Deallyon Avenue. Beautiful place

This place was amazing! So big and lots accommodations! Pool a few feet away! I will definitely stay here again! Not far from the beach but need to drive there unless you love to walk!

Relaxing Vacation Spot

Springwood Villas is a very nice property to stay on and this condo is the perfect size for a big family with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very clean with good amenities. Nice 1st floor unit close to the pool and short walk to the beach.

Such a great experience!

Overall we were very happy with our stay here. The property was very clean. We were super close to the pool. The property was quiet and very easy to get to. The beach and park and within walking distance - the same with great restaurants. All of the TVs worked, although we had a slight issue with some lagging. Lots of utensils, plates and bowls. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Family!

We had a fantastic experience here! Very centrally located to the beach and restaurants. It was so nice to have a central living space, but enough room to spread out! Being close to the pool was another perk, especially on days when it rained. Everything was updated and lovely, so it was easy to feel like this was a home away from home during our stay!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful week with our daughter, her husband and our two granddaughters, ages 9 and 7. The condo is beautifully done and is in a great location for the beach, shopping, restaurants, bike riding and especially the pool! We all loved it and will definitely be back next year!

Loved this beach house!

My family and I loved this place! My 4 year old som loved this beach house and all the space. My mother in law joined us and we all had our own room, which were very spacious, along with our own bathrooms. Definitely a plus! It close to everything we wanted to do and walked around a lot! We would for sure stay here again!

Fun in the sun!

The property was just as described., charming. The room was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The location was excellent; close to the beach, a park and to shopping. I would recommend staying at this property.

Lovely condo in a great location

Only a few blocks to walk or bike to Coligny square shops, restaurants and the beach. Clean and well appointed unit with 3 bedrooms 3 baths and a nice kitchen and laundry. easy to get into and information on Wi-Fi all available at checkin. Easy checkout. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Pros: Very nice, clean and spacious. Perfect location and a brisk 20 min walk will take you to Coligny Beach. Cons: Need to invest into some oven mits, better selection of pots/pans. We'll definitely be back!

Shawn, Thank you for taking the time to review our villa. The location is definitely a plus. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry that there were not oven mitts available, I will be sure to make sure the cleaning service pays attention to that. It may have been overlooked for some reason. As for the pots and pans, unless some disappeared since my last visit there, there should have been many in the cabinets under the counter and many different types. Good news is that we are remodeling the whole unit at the moment and getting everything new in the whole villa including appliances, flooring, furniture etc. So I will make sure the pots and pans are replenished as well. My husband and I are from Pittsburgh PA and have 2 children. As a child, I grew up coming to Hilton Head Island with my family and extended family and friends. I had such fond memories and wanted my husband and family to also be able to experience the love I have for the island. It was a dream come true for us to be able to purchase this beach villa.

I love the Forest Beach area of HHI and love the beaches and the convenience to Coligny Plaza and all the amenities that you can walk to. Our villa is so spacious and comfortable and is a 1st floor flat. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a pull out sofa bed, there is plenty of room for everyone. We wanted our place to feel like you are at home. The back patio has a gorgeous view and is literally steps from the pool and it is 1/2 mile walk or a few minute bike ride to the beach.

The weather is perfect and enjoying beautiful beaches with an ocean breeze is probably one of the best parts of vacationing in Hilton Head. We love to ride bikes and not only are there bike paths and trails surrounding the island but Hilton Head allows you to bike on the beach. The sand is hard enough to bike miles up and down the beach.
