Casa del Rai está convenientemente ubicada en el codiciado distrito de Boca del Río en la ciudad de San Pedro. Durante su estadía, disfrute de la hermosa vista del océano y la Gran Barrera de Coral desde el área de la palapa / piscina de la azotea. También disfrutará de espectaculares vistas del amanecer y el atardecer desde el salón de la azotea o desde su terraza delantera / trasera privada.

Dé un paseo por la playa hasta su bar de playa favorito, restaurante o tienda de buceo. A lo largo de su paseo, deténgase en la playa, nade en el océano o practique snorkel en el muelle. O tal vez continúe un poco más allá, donde encontrará el famoso Palapa Bar, donde puede flotar en los tubos interiores y disfrutar de uno genial con sus amigos.

Casa del Rai se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del centro de San Pedro, donde encontrará tiendas, artesanos y vendedores ambulantes.

Estamos convenientemente ubicados cerca de muchas comodidades, puesto de frutas, supermercado, panadería y la mejor comida callejera local de Belice.

Ofrecemos apartamentos de una o dos habitaciones y un baño, cada uno con un sofá cama / futón para acomodar a huéspedes adicionales. Cada condominio está completamente amueblado con cocina completa, que incluye microondas / cafetera / tostadora / nevera y estufa. Cada suite tiene una terraza frente al océano, donde puede sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar de la brisa, así como una terraza frente a la calle donde puede ver el ajetreo y el bullicio de San Pedro.

Great stay in San Pedro

The property is clean and well maintained. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Golf cart rentals on property was convenient. Lots of spots within walking distance. Rooftop pool is great. Aileen was very helpful in arranging tours and transportation. Great property and owner. We would definitely return.

Amazing property, owners and management team!

We travel a lot and this is one of our favorite places. Randy and Aileen (owners) are so amazing and helpful, Randy is tirelessly working at making this property the best in Boco Del Rio and it shows. Aileen is on top of her game and very helpful. Byron the main man is always there to help and Leticia is an over the top housekeeper. The property is perfectly located to enjoy the San Pedro beach experience with freshly renewed rooms. The stairs to the 4th floor are daunting until you see the view of the beach and barrier reef, nothing better than drinking your morning coffee with that view. Great food all around, local street vendors in every direction. Golf cart rentals on property and parking behind security gate is amazing. This property is why we don’t stay in resorts, we were made to feel like family from day1 and leaving was hard, only eased by the fact that we will be back to San Pedro and only stay here. Let’s talk finally about the roof top pool which has 360 degree panoramic unobstructed view of Ambergris Cary and a grass hut sitting area which makes for perfect sunset dinners. If coming to San Pedro, don’t miss out, book your stay here!

We spent a little over 3 weeks and we’re so impressed we signed for a month next year. Aileen and Randy couldn’t be better hosts. We travel 3-4 times a year (major trips) and they took care of any need or inquiries.Plus they are just great people. In addition, Letti kept the premises immaculate. Josh, the sweetest young man helped us with whatever adventures we were interested in. An absolutely wonderful experience.

Lovely Little Getaway with Rooftop Pool

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, location was fantastic and rooftop pool area was a lot of fun. Walking distance to all of San Pedro, without being “too” close.

Panoramic View, Spacious Room

We couldn't be more happy with our two week stay. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen. The upper deck was panoramic with a complete view of the city and water. The location is convenient to town via walking or biking. All the staff was welcoming and helpful. We would definitely book here again.

Best Place Downtown

This smallish building is a walk up to rooms and one of the best views you can have downtown, when the wind dies down. We loved drinks up there by the pool taking in Sunset in the evening and the reef off shore all day. It's a good walk into town via the beach road and a host of diver bars (but if you continue walking past Central Park the Wild Mango Restaurant exceeds just about any restaurant in town for its creativity and water-side location) but the mad-cap golf cart road out of town goes right in front. The proprietors are on site and eager to please. You will love them. They have golf carts to rent and know the places you might want to visit, though they are not food-mavens (which I am). The rooms are simple and clean. Good a/c. And cleaned twice a week! This town is not pristine but it's totally safe and has many very good food options. We are more beach people than drinking and diving people and this island has virtually no beaches. It's basically a reef with bulkheads. Snorkeling off shore is fun but was not as impressive as Virgin Gorda. Tons and tons of seaweed is removed every day or two, which is not so attractive. Just relax upstairs!

Clean. Accurate description. Helpful owner and on-site property management

Great little condo right in the heart of San Pedro. Not a trendy resort, which is just what we were looking for. So interesting to sit on front the balcony and watch the city happenings or to sit on back balcony and relax overlooking the beautiful turquoise Caribbean. We wanted our 16 year old to experience another country, not another resort-like vacation. But to also enjoy some resort activities like snorkeling, parasailing, Caribbean waters, etc. Eileen (owner), Alex (property manager), Leticia (on-site staff) were all very helpful and accommodating. We’d contacted Eileen before arriving and she lined up Tito to taxi us to the water ferry to the island. So helpful to be met at the airport with our name on a sign and guided to our next mode of transportation. I can’t say enough positive about Tito. Good guy. Honest. Good heart. (I’ve got his email address and info if you need a great honest good taxi driver while you’re on Belize) As fun as it was, it’s also eye opening to see some of the poverty on the island. And the roosters crowed early morning and the dogs around us barked when on alert. If you’re wanting silence from sundown to sun-up, this may not be your first choice. We wanted to experience the real deal of Ambergris Caye, and this was perfect for us. BTW, Rosie’s (right next door) has THE BEST morning fry jacks and the bananas and limes at the fruit stand across the street we’re delish. Completely craving a fry jack as I’m writing this!

Great Place to Disconnect, Comfy Beds, Clean

If you have a "hiccup" in your stay, I hope you are fortunate enough to have hosts like Randy & Aileen. They were great. Alex is also there to take care of things while you're there and get you things that you need. As busy as Alex was, he still made time and gave attention to making sure we had taxis, etc set-up. Very nice and friendly. Laticia in housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed each day as well. She kept everything neat and tidy. The suite had everything we needed, was very clean & spacious. The water view from our balcony and the rooftop at night with a glass of wine ( beer for my husband ) was the perfect ending to each day. By far it was my favorite spot on the island!! The only suggestion I have is, pack cotton balls to put in your ears to sleep at night. No fault of Casa Del Rai, but there is a barking dog on the bedroom side of the house and cotton balls in your ears is the cure. Not a negative, just a suggestion. Very low key, quiet and relaxing. We met great local people within steps of the building on the beachside ( Hurricanes - Daniel & Josh - best pineapple burgers & pina coladas!! ) and we never felt that we needed a golf cart. Leisurely walks down the beach to everything we needed. Stores, food, bars and pharmacies galore on 1 to 3 blocks into town off the beach. Tito was our taxi driver to / from the airport & ferry terminal, which Alex can set-up for you. Very nice gentleman. If we ever travel back to Belize, Casa Del Rai would most definitely be my first choice.

brand new place!!

We had a great time staying at this place. Aileen and Randy were great. They picked us up, and dropped us off at the airport. They told us where to go and helped us get around. They were very responsive and attentive. The rental still has the new place smell. Much nicer than most places in Belize. It was only a 50 feet from the beach, I would definitely send any friends or family to this vrbo.

YOU NEED TO BOOK THIS IMMEDIATELY!

Randy and Aileen provided a wonderful experience and place to stay for our first trip to Belize. The suite was immaculate and very clean. It was spacious for 2 people, but could easily have room for 4 people. Photos really don’t do it justice, especially the beautiful rooftop view with the pool. Randy and Aileen also were great hosts. They welcomed us with a pickup at the water taxi and tour around town. They were very knowledgeable and suggested spots/restaurants to visit around San Pedro and surrounding areas, and reserved a golf cart upon request for us during the busy holiday season. We had a more low key trip; however, they were willing to book us excursions and recommended places to visit in town and neighboring areas. They were very sociable and friendly, but also respectful of privacy. We loved it and already are planning to come back!

Fantastic Hosts, and Perfect Location

We recently stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and couldn't have been happier. Brand new and we were the first ones to stay in the suite. Aileen and Randy have done a fantastic job of decorating the suites with quality furniture and appliances, all brand new. Location is excellent and relaxing, but within a block or two of the beach and restaurants. The rooftop deck and views are unreal. The stocked fridge is a welcome site after a long day of travelling. We had a snorkel tour cancelled on one morning, Aileen had us set up on another tour within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back again.

Spectacular views, Gracious Hosts, Convenient Location = Fantastic Vacation!

My husband & I recently stayed at Casa Del Rai. We highly recommend this property. As the title says, the views were amazing and the location is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The condos are new and beautiful with upgraded construction. Randy & Aileen were excellent hosts, full of helpful tips and information. Also stocked the frig with much appreciated beverages! Can't wait to return and plan to bring friends!!

We are from Saskatchewan, Canada, and feel very fortunate to own and operate a guest house on Ambergris Caye. We love the people in San Pedro and are enjoying the laid back atmosphere on the Island. We are also very excited to escape the cold winters back home and to enjoy the warm Caribbean air while watching the sunrise and sunset from our rooftop balcony. We love to entertain, so during your stay with us, we will be here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We fell in love with San Pedro and the location of this property. It is only a short 10 min walk along the beach to downtown, yet we have the peacefulness and quietness if so desired.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The full potential of the house with the addition of the third and fourth-floor condo suites and the view from the rooftop balcony is unbelievable. The rooftop pool also is a unique addition to the home.
