This is a great neighborhood and close to everything. The bedrooms were roomy enough and beds comfy. Loved the shower pressure. Also a big plus was allowing dogs. Lots of rules on dog mess and getting charged which I understand. That said I had to pick up dog poop in back yard from previous renters plus a bunch of trash in the yard. Inside the house was clean. Washing machine was not working but I didn’t need it for the small time there. I wish the website description was a little more accurate as this is not a house it is a condo/townhouse with shared walls. Hot tub was basically unusable it had excessive chlorine that burned the eyes And did not dissipate even with keeping the lid off for over an hour. That was the draw for this place was the hot tub and the belief it was a private house. I would stay here again but not for the price I payed for three nights (almost 1600) with taxes and fees. Side note and plus side by far the kitchen was the most stocked for dishes and pots and accessories I have ever seen in a rental. I was truly amazed! Not including spices which was pretty minimal. Also the living room tv was super tiny and place in an inconvenient far off location. We tried watching a family movie but lost interest due to poor visual. All in all decor was lovely and great extras such as beach chairs And bikes (we didn’t use but could have). Lots of games and books on hand.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. A few small issues: No towels in the master bathroom, no closet in the master, no garbage bags, dog droppings in the back yard from previous guests, no access to the rec room...we called about the rec room key and they never followed up. Also missing a few basic kitchen items. The restroom fans rattled very loudly.

Nice but missing important amenity

The property was clean and well decorated. Lots of kitchen appliances. BIGest problem is that the TV in the livingroom did not work. It had error messages that could not be fixed. The TV in the bedroom only worked for streaming since someone had left their streaming sign on so we could watch a movie. So we were not able to see local news and weather. Not good choices and we were very disappointed.

weekend getaway

This is not a house it is a duplex. The listing is misleading. Thankfully the walls were fairly soundproof as there was a large group of people staying on the other side who were up having a good time til well past 2am. Also the beds were garbage. The worst, didn’t think a bed would make a difference but it was rough! The location was great! The hot tub was good, jets weren’t very strong. I wouldn’t stay again but the location was very good

Wonderful and comfortable spacious home.

The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our stay. We truly enjoyed our time walking to the beach, cooking at the house, and relaxing with the family. The home had plenty of amenities and conveniences, which was greatly appreciated!

Vacation stay in Pacific City, Oregon

First experience and it was terrible. The TV didn't work the beds were worn out as well as sheets and towels. Bike tires were flat. The house was not what we anticipated. I work hard all year and so look forward to our weekend stay and it was awful. Not worth the money.

Nice location

The kitchen was well stalked, maybe the games and bikes could be updated. Only one kid bike worked and most the games were missing pieces. Real nice BBQ!

Wonderful place for family and kids

We spent a week at this well appointed townhouse. Our time here was the best! Five adults, one infant, one child, and two dogs. Plenty of room for all! Beautiful beach, great restaurants, lots to see and do.

Great getaway at the coast!

This was a great place to get away, even in the winter! There were 4 adults, 3 children, and one pooch in our group. Although it isn't ocean front, it's an easy/nice walk to the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Loved Pacific City

Very nice place; loved the hot tub, beach, and views of Haystack Rock. House very well furnished, including everything you need in the kitchen. We plan to return.

Fun family stay

Property was nice. It was great to bring our dog and have the hotub. The major downfalls were the beds. The master was okay not great but the rest of the beds were so uncomfortable. I would highly suggest about 3 new mattresses. We loved the location and would love to stay again but given the lack of sleep we'd definitely look elsewhere unfortunately. Also the back door would not lock and appeared broke. We had a fun time bur for the price and lack of sleep it was unfortunate.

Great Location!

Great house. Great location. The hot tub jets did not work. But still enjoyed the hot tub. I love that it had a lot of kid friendly activities. bikes, games, etc. overall 9/10.

The house and neighborhood were great but the walk down and up the dune was a bit much. We would have liked a warning about that. Bathroom sinks had a drainage problem also. It was a nice getaway but we’ve had better beach access.

Beach getaway

The home is perfectly located for walking, bicycling or driving to all nearby beach activities. The hot tub was nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped in every way. The beds were comfortable and linens nice. The only thing that was a bit misrepresented by the photos is that the furnishings are tired and need to be replaced to justify your price. We would certainly return if so.

Broken doors

Upon our arrival we discovered the front door handle was broken, then when we went to the back patio, we discovered the back double doors were broken as well. After opening and unlocking them, we were unable to actually close and lock them. Super fun to deal with......had to tie a rope around the back doors. I called the front desk and spent a stupid amount of time on hold to see if we could get this fixed, 4 different times. the first person I talked to was empathetic and said she would contact maintenance, I waited a couple hours with no update so I called again, the next person was much less helpful and just seemed irritated with me when I tried to get an eta on the repairs so I could plan my day and actually do things on my vacation knowing our belongings were safe while away. Finally a maintenance guys came, turns out the front door handle was installed upside down and the back door was missing the internal section so he was unable to fix it. there was a outdoor fire pit missing and they did replace that, so that's a win. This whole situation was waaaayyy to much of a hassle, and rather suspicious with a missing fire pit and doors that didnt lock/ close properly.

Girls trip getaway

Nice community, short walk up the path to get to the beach. The front door and lock was a bit tricky to figure out. Very clean, well decorated, appreciated a clean hot tub! Loved the stay here!
