Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I am really glad to hear you enjoyed the sunrises and the peaceful feel of Tierra Verde. It is such a special little pocket, and those views really are hard to beat. I did want to clarify a few points for future guests reading this, as well as address your experience. The condo does have a private washer and dryer located within the unit in the kitchen, which is shown in the listing photos. We are sorry for any confusion there, as we certainly want that to be clear and easy to find. Regarding the TV, a Roku device had been purchased and installed for guest use to allow for streaming. Unfortunately, it was missing after your departure, which is why that charge was applied. We always aim to provide those conveniences so guests can feel at home during their stay. You are correct that the kayaks are reserved for owner use per the community rules, and we understand that bike storage can be a bit of a challenge depending on the building layout. We will take your feedback into consideration as we continue working with the association on ways to improve the overall guest experience. We also appreciate your comments on the mattresses and linens. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we will be reviewing those items to ensure they meet our standards. We apologize for your experience, we provide 24/7 communication for our guests. When our office is not open we have someone that is oncall and available for emergencies.
