Jekyll Beach - Terrapin Haven

Lovely vacation stay

We had a lovely 5 day vacation stay at this home on Jekyll. Perfect home base, great to have room to spread out. Only complaint is beds are dated and uncomfortable. We would stay here again.

Perfect home for vacation!

Great stay!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this wonderful home! Nancy left very detailed directions on how to enter and how to locate the house. Perfectly located on the island just a street over from the beach. Clean, comfortable and cozy! I would highly recommend for families or groups.

The house was even more spacious and well-appointed than expected, and we all appreciated it. We would be happy to recommend it. The knives and pans were not the greatest, but acceptable for a five-day stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for us, we were able to be on the beach for sunrise in just a few minutes’ walk. The house was clean and had everything we needed for 4 adults and 4 children under 11. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location-Close to beach-Very quiet and perfect for the family!

We really enjoyed our recent visit to this rental house. We were very comfortable sleeping our family of 4 adults and toddler. It was great weather all weekend and the location was spectacular. We would definitely book again next time we are at Jekyll. Thanks!

Great home!

Our family of six had lots of space to spread out in this home! We cooked our meals daily in the kitchen that is well stocked! Beds were comfortable! We will certainly stay in this home again in the future! Very short walk to beach directly across the street!! Awesome stay!

Great hiden gem

The house was larger than anticipated. Had plenty of places to sit and talk away from the tv. Bedrooms were a decent size and beds were comfortable. Great house!

Jekyll Island is a true beach vacation as I remember in the 80's. Jekyll has avoided the busy growth of nearby St. Simons, and as a state park, allows a quiet vacation experience.

Love to walk on the quiet beach with lots of areas with no crowds. I enjoy seeing the sea turtles, and even have deer in the yard in the evenings.
